The service department at New Roads is amazing. The staff there is outstanding, and the service advisers are very knowledgeable. Amazing customer service. The services manager and shop foreman handle all customer issues and ensure customers are taken care of. This service department is outstanding, the staff, Tammy, Mike, Candice, and Keata, are amazing. Maria, the services manager, knows her stuff, and Scott Day is very knowledgeable in velche problems. All the mechanics are highly trained in all the different issues with velches. I give this services department 100% customer satisfaction. Bought a 2022 ram 1500 a year ago had a flat tire on highway no jack or rod to remove spare tire call dealership they told me that I must have taken it out I told them no I didn't I found out that there highway no jack or rod to remove spare tire call dealership they told me that I must have taken it out I told them no I didn't I found out that there was no jack or rod in the truck had to get it towed to yard to fix replace tire this dealership was no help I don't know how they safetyed the truck without out a jack or rod for spare tire More
