He knew what to ask and how to explain why this was the right vehicle for me. I won't even consider buying a car from anyone other then him ever again. Kathy and Brian were super helpful in figuring out the financing for me, which wasn't easy but they didn't give up and got my rate lower then anyone else had been able to do. Have dealt with Garry for my last 5 vehicles or more. He is the reason I drive Chrysler products. He is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Within a week and a half we had it back to the dealer for stow and go seats, cruise control and airbag light, and engine check control. We were very dissatisfied with vehicle, and we called Garry and told him we didn't want the vehicle anymore. He told us to come in and talk to him and we would figure something out. We ended up trading it back in for a 2013 Journey, which we are very pleased with. Thanks to Garry he made us feel at ease and we are very satisfied with our new vehicle. Called the dealership and spoke to Felix about a specific minivan. After listening to the options I was looking for he mentioned that he had another minivan that may be more suited to my needs.
