One day I went to drive home, and my car had no reverse. I had Jorge Ramos look at it (best mechanic ever) and sadly the transmission had went. Customer Service was very important to them, as it is to us, as MacIver was the ONLY dealership that took the time to do the research, find the vehicle we wanted, and met our price range for our, now, 2013 Dodge Journey. We could not be more pleased with our vehicle or the service we received. Our only drawback as Senior Citizens is getting familiar with the electronic systems of the vehicle. For these reasons we give MacIver a PERFECT score. After having to make a 3 hour drive, one-way, to get to MacIver, we would not only RECOMMEND others to the dealership, but will certainly RETURN there again for quality service, friendliness and a timely delivery.
