Peace of Mind Service Got my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for a complimentary car wash and they said they didn't wash cars at their dealership. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Anyway, I waited in the lounge area. I think they should get new chairs. The chairs looked older than me and I'm 38! Anyway, the servicing was done in about an hour like they said it would take. They told me that they disabled the rear window power switch because of a recall. Ok.... why didn't I receive any notification of the recall?? They said it might cause a fire so when were they going to tell me? If I didn't get my car serviced, I would never have known! They didn't have the parts to fix it yet so hopefully they'll call me when they get the part and not "wait" for me to come for my next service to tell me!!! Next I paid with credit card and "finally" they updated their OLD machine which was really older than me!! Everything was fine, got my invoice and my keys and left. Then I see a coupon on the bottom of the invoice for a vehicle detailing... hand wash & wax. But wait.... they told me they don't have car wash at their dealership? Why can't they hand wash my car then? My previous Nissan dealership gave me free car washes every time I brought my car in to service except when it was raining. My car looked spotless when I get my car. My husband's Mitsubishi dealership's even better. They wash the exterior of the car AND wipe the inside of the dash. They don't clean it but at least it was wiped. All this at no extra charge... That's all I have to say right now. My car's pretty new and only serviced it 3 times. More

The job turned into a major one and was a little longer than was expected BUT Jill told me to call often and check on the progress. I needed to do this as I was in a time crunch to get home and start my vacation. It all worked out in the end with no more oil leaks or burning back home , about 650 kms. Thanks again Jill!!! New Experiences I have always been a "GM Man" but my recent experience with them left a lot to be desired!
