He explained that the salesman quit. We made an appointment for the next day at 3 pm. After I drove 45 minutes to get there I asked for John Maciver both the receptionist and the General Manager looked at me like I had two heads ! as if to say John Maciver does not speak to costumers. They said he was not in at all that day. The General Manager tried to pawn me off on a salesperson, saying("thats what he would have done anyway") By that time I was already hurt and upset. When someone makes an appointment with you you keep it. i felt worthless as if i wasnt important enough for the owner of the dealership to deal with. (Remember he contacted me) If this is how the owner treats you what is the rest of the company like? I will take my two vehicle purchase somewhere else More

I brought my Dodge in for some service and was told that it would take most of the day, which of course was a little annoying but-common and typical of a dealership. BUT! to my very pleasant surprise, i received a call only a few short hours later regarding my car saying..its READY! Professional and clean work and i must add that Jeorge Ramos did a phenomenal job and i will personally request him the next time im in. More

Our first visit was in Feb. and we told our salesman Mike what we wanted & what we didn't want. One of things we didn't want was a pushy salesman that would call or email us constantly, what we wanted was a Dodge Journey. There was one on the lot my husband had looked at (when the lot was closed) so we took it for a drive. We returned got our information, a print out and then we left. We called Mike a few times over the next couple of months but he respected our request not to hassle us. He did call to let us know when he sold the one we took for a test drive and he called when he got some replacements. It took a couple of months to decide because my husband wanted the R.T. and I did not, so we were at an impasse. We were frequently checking the web site to see what was available. Then near the end of May, we found the Journey we both liked (although I wasn't crazy with the colour) and agreed to go back and see Mike. I think he was pleasantly surprised when we called him but because he had respected our wishes, he was the only salesman we were going to deal with. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, he was professional and knowledgeable. He actually listened to what we said regarding what we wanted and what we could afford. When we require another car, we would definitely return to MacIver and deal with him again. More

We felt so comfortable and pleased with the customer service that we chose our new vehicle and began the purchase process that very same visit.
