As we were looking at a Jeep on the lot, Jim approached us with a very warm and friendly, laid back attitude. We arrived at closing time, but we never felt rushed or pressured at any time (as we had felt at the 2 other dealerships we had visited earlier). We explained to Jim what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, and he made the deal work for us immediately. It was absolutely "hassle free" and we got exactly what we wanted! When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was beautifully clean inside and out and ready and waiting for me to drive away. Again, Jim treated me like friend and was very welcoming and accommodating and had everything ready to go. A truly great experience and different than I had had anywhere else! More
