Happy Repeat Customer!! Buying a new vehicle can sometimes be an overwhelming and frustrating experience, but not at New Roads Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We recently bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, our third new car purchase at this dealership in just over six years. Our very first impression combined with our positive buying experiences over the years are the main reasons we keep coming back to New Roads when shopping for a new vehicle. For us, that first impression was created when we met Dale Dever, our first point of contact at New Roads (MacIver) back in 2010. This positive experience with Dale Dever would lead us to return to New Roads twice over the next six years to purchase two other new vehicles. As it turns out, Dale assisted us on all three vehicle purchases, each time finding the right vehicle that would meet our family's changing needs. It was obvious to us that Dale's approach to customer service is second to none. Dale is a friendly person who makes you feel comfortable the moment you first meet him. Dale is also very knowledgeable of the Chrysler Dodge Jeep product line. Dale not only took the time to answer all of our questions so that we could make an informed decision, he also demonstrated a lot of patience in helping us find a vehicle exactly the way we wanted it. He also explored with us several discount packages and financing options to ensure we were getting the best possible value. Dale is also a very organized individual with great attention to detail ensuring that our new vehicle and related paperwork we're ready when promised making the entire process rather painless. We have had negative dealings previously with salespersons that resorted to pressure tactics to try to sell us a new vehicle. We can honestly tell you that Dale Dever is not a "pressure salesman". This is probably what we like most about Dale and the reason we keep coming back to see him when we are ready to purchase a new vehicle. As we were looking at a Jeep on the lot, Jim approached us with a very warm and friendly, laid back attitude. We arrived at closing time, but we never felt rushed or pressured at any time (as we had felt at the 2 other dealerships we had visited earlier). We explained to Jim what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, and he made the deal work for us immediately. It was absolutely "hassle free" and we got exactly what we wanted! When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was beautifully clean inside and out and ready and waiting for me to drive away. Again, Jim treated me like friend and was very welcoming and accommodating and had everything ready to go. A truly great experience and different than I had had anywhere else! More
