Made a 1pm appt 2 pm my car is still outside Recently I made a 1 pm apointment to have a noise problem checked in my Chrysler. Your company called yesterday to confirm I would be bringing the car Recently I made a 1 pm apointment to have a noise problem checked in my Chrysler. Your company called yesterday to confirm I would be bringing the car in at 1 pm today. I arrived before 1 pm and checked in. I waited until 1:45 pm and then asked at the desk if they were going to see me. The service lady said my car was next to go. At 2 pm I asked why it still was not in since it was next, her answer was "I said it was next not that it was going in right away". She offered me a ride home but I had explained to her I would like to be in the car when they test drive it . I then asked her why I made a 1 pm but had to wait over an hour she said the appt was to see her at 1 pm not for the car to be inspected. I cancelled the appointment. More

Fantastic service! I called on a Monday to see if they still had 0% financing available on either Dodge Journey or the Caravan. I spoke with Brian Coneybeare and he said I called on a Monday to see if they still had 0% financing available on either Dodge Journey or the Caravan. I spoke with Brian Coneybeare and he said yes they do, on both (not the base models) & it is for the month of May. I told him we would be in to take a look around the next day. He was there, ready to help us and was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure and this was key for me. If I felt pressured, I would have bought somewhere else. He was very friendly & on top of things. We came back on Thursday for a test drive. Again, no pressure. Went back in on Saturday to buy. Brian made it easy! All other associates that I encountered were also friendly & helpful :) I picked up my brand new vehicle last night! Would definitely recommend the dealership and Brian :) More
