Mike Gregor is Awesome! I saw the ad in the Banner on Saturday evening. I called the Dealership first thing on Monday morning and Mike got back to me within the hour. Out of the Penalty Box Being a long-time, former customer of this dealership who was chased away several years ago due to "bad business practices" by the previous regime, I Being a long-time, former customer of this dealership who was chased away several years ago due to "bad business practices" by the previous regime, I switched manufacturers for my next series of vehicles. Looking for a replacement vehicle, I came back into the dealership "looking for a vehicle that I could fit into" with my 6'6" frame. I was introduced to Chris Bovell, who immediately started to tend to my needs. After the usual wheeling and dealing on both sides, we agreed on a 2016 Cherokee Limited, at a fair price. I picked up the vehicle today, a mere 8 days after first coming back in. Thank You, Chris for looking after this transaction. As for now, the dealership is "out of the penalty box". I should add, that in the absence of Chris, when I would drop in unannounced and he wasn't there, Bryan Coneybeare was always more than willing to step in and answer any questions that I had in order to assist me in making my final decisions, even though it wasn't his deal. My buying experience wasn't over after I left the lot. I had a small issue with an accessory I purchased from him. A couple days after my purchased I called Brain and he immediately bent over backwards to resolve it. I would positively go back to Brain and recommend him to a family member. More
