My husband and I were interested in a few different cars and saw some we liked at this dealership. I returned on Monday afternoon and was emediately greeted by Ronny in the car lot. He explained the promotions happening with the new 2018 Elantra models and offered to show me the new stock in the back of the dealership. I was very interested in a few cars and returned later that evening to let my husband check out these cars. Once again Ronny greeted us both upon arrival and although he was very busy with other customers he was very attentive with no pushiness whatsoever. He let my husband and I have the keys to the cars in question and just sit in each individual car uninterrupted while he went back inside. He said if we were interested in test driving either one just let him know. Because of the fact that we were treated respectfully and allowed to get a feel for the car on our own we dicided to purchase the car that evening. After going back and forth with negotiations we arrived at a deal I could live with. At all times during these negotiations Ronny gave us our space and only came back to the table when we indicated that we were ready to finalize the deal. It was because of the low pressure service we received that we were actually quite comfortable finalizing the sale that night. The only downside to this experience was the additional 250 predelivery charge tacked on to the contract. These fees are a scam and while I realize that legally you can refuse to pay them I was all cared out at that point so we just ate the $250 because everything else had gone quite smoothly. Once the financial manager realized I was not going to purchase all this additional coverage she got down to business and was very professional and courteous. Also when we went to pick up the car the financial manager was not there and did not leave our deposit refund with the sales person which was maybe just an oversight, however that cheque was hand delivered to me early the next morning by Ronny at which point he went over some additional features of the car with me. I have driven this car for one week now and am very happy with it.Anybody wanting to buy a new or used car I recommend you go see Ronny. More
