Went here for warranty repairs. First impression was positive. They explained what to bring how it will go and hinted quick resolution if it approved. And eventually it all goes to calls redirected to voice mail. Later they resurfaced. Too bad i had more than enough time to get to the point finding new car to replace my. Heck it will be delivered sooner than Mountain Hyundai will provide estimate. Very very disappointed. If you don't want to take a job, you busy, whatever ... at least be transparent. The most degrading thing is when people treat you like stupid person who should eat it all and never complain. More

My car needs to be towed to a Hyundai dealer for service and they are the closest dealer. They can't give me an appointment for a week, but I also can't tow the car there more than 1-2 days before the appoi and they are the closest dealer. I am disappointed with Hyundai for persuading customers to purchase additional warranties that provide no coverage. For example, I opted for the extended warranty for our tires, only to be informed that it to purchase additional warranties that provide no coverage. Despite our car being only two years, the tires, which cost over $550 each, should last longer than two years. Similarly, we also purchased the warranty for scratches and dents, but to no avail. They claimed that the scratch was too long or the dent too deep, rendering it not covered. It seems that they upsell customers on these extras, giving a false sense of security. Furthermore, I am disappointed in Adam Parry, Service Manager, for not following through on his promise to address the situation. Despite assuring me that he would resolve the issue, I never received any further communication from him. Until my new situation with my tires when he did contact me, He informed me that they recommend us to get our tires rotated every 12,000 km or every second oil change, but they don’t inform you that you need to get it done for warranty purposes. I mentioned about the scratch and dent, and he informed me that the paper work must have gotten lost and he would check. After both claims were denied, he got someone else to call to inform. It is clear that I will now handle my vehicle maintenance elsewhere, ensuring to keep all receipts for warranty purposes. It is likely that they will find reasons to deny coverage, as they have done with everything else. More

His willingness to help without expecting anything in return speaks volumes about his character and dedication to customer service. This dealership is single handedly putting the “customer” back in customer service. After having a few less than incredible conversations with other salespeople at other dealerships, speaking to Adam Dal Bel back in customer service. He was honest, upfront and candid about what he could and couldn’t do. I appreciated the honestly every step of way and the excellent service didn’t stop with him. Countless other individuals were honest, kind and respectful to my entire family. Proving colouring books & treats to my kids, coffee and drinks for me. Everyone I came into contact with had a smile and was willing to offer assistance. I will definitely be buying AGAIN from them and highly recommend. More
I have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles and this has been my go-to for service. They have really fallen down with their customer service lately. The (lack of) Service Representative was horrible and vengeful. I came in for warranty work, booked an appointment the previous week and made sure that they had the replacement part reserved. Simple job. They were told of my need to have the job done quickly and agreed. It was only after two hours that I wanted an update and they had not even hooked up the scan tool. Then the Service Rep said that I would have to come back another day to have it installed because they did not have the part. We argued back and forth and the part was there as I had told her. Then she said that maybe it could be done later that day or another day because she had messed up. It was so messed up that the owner (Nethercott) was involved and tried to rectify her mistake. She had personally taken our car out of the service bay and parked it outside to prove that she was in control of the situation and to flip me off. We usually use Glen in the service area and he has been decent to deal with, but he was not around. Sorry, but Hyundai makes a good vehicle, and it is also known for recalls and warranty work so service is important. Unfortunately, I think that this will be my last Hyundai. More
