He listened and cared about my needs and put me into a safe reliable car within my budget. He is a lovely young man and I hope my daughter one day meets some one with such integrity and kindness. Thank you john. He then connected me with Sylvia in finance. Wow! It was like I came home. I am an educated woman with a career job but I was scared and she had an uncanny way of knowing it. I never felt pressured but she suggested things to protect myself and I happily took heed of her advice. I would even walk in and go umm I'm confused to the reception.
