We didn't want to pay a fee for them to inspect our exhaust. They also said they would do a free 32 point inspection. To look at the exhaust Mississauga VW wanted an upfront fee over $100. We objected to prepaying on the grounds we're not mechanics so how could we know that exhaust was the problem? We could wind up paying all sorts of up front fees, which are not refundable but are credited towards the repair if needed, while suggesting various things to be checked out. In addition once you pay the fee it's very unlikely a car owner will go elsewhere for a second opinion. In other words the up front fee is designed to lock you in to getting your repair at Mississauga VW. Two weeks later the car idiot light is flashing! The 32 point free inspection covers checking fluid levels. Guess what? We lifted the hood to check the oil level and 2 weeks after our inspection the oil is so low it doesn't even show on the dipstick. The car does not leak oil on the drive and the exhaust doesn't smoke. In other words there is no apparent leak or burning of oil. It STRONGLY suggests they never checked the oil in the FREE inspection. Fortunately the engine hasn't seized and we'll be going elsewhere to get a service. More

He did not apologize for what his advisor told us. It's the worst customer service experience I've ever had! More

He had great customer service skills and an excellent technical knowledge of the product. He showed me the Jetta and explained all features thoroughly also took me for a test drive. He went out of his way to help me although it was late evening, probably after hours when we finished. I would strongly recommend this dealership especially Mark for his excellent service provided. Literally fully service A service technician named KRUNAL helped me out a lot on my less than a year old VW. I hit a raccoon 1 day before my regular service so my bumper was A service technician named KRUNAL helped me out a lot on my less than a year old VW. I hit a raccoon 1 day before my regular service so my bumper was a bit twisted and out of place. After the routine service KRUNAL started repairing the out of place and slightly twisted bumper. The service manager came and told him that its not our job at the moment stop doing it (even though the scheduled service was done). KRUNAL, the hard worker her is, took the car to the VW parking lot, in the rain, and continued repairing the bumper and brought it back to 100%. I wish all dealerships had more KRUNALS because if they did, the world would be in a much better place. Every time i go in for service i will ask for him. More
-------------WARNING--------STAY AWAY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP-- I had a shuttle service pickup appointment at 830am. The shuttle showed up at 915 because its not VW's problem since its an extra service provided to I had a shuttle service pickup appointment at 830am. Anyway, i called the service department and they said its not their problem over and over again because its an extra service. At this moment i was already 60 minutes behind schedule to make it to work which happens to be in toronto. That conversation was not making any progress so, I called back and the service manager picked up and said " the shuttle is on its way, should take about 15 minutes" and hung up. I think thats the rudest thing someone could every do, on top of that is was the service manager. The shuttle showed up an hour late, i got to the dealership and the service representative asked if everything was ok? pretending nothing was wrong. I asked for the service manager and she said he's in a meeting. What are the chances, lets just say it wasn't a coincidence. I plead my case to him and explained but he was not interested in what i had to say (i was not surprised). The service manager is the one to blame because he could have at least tried to do something instead of trying to get rid of me by any means possible. He had no sympathy either whatsoever and did not even try to work things out. The bottom line is i received a written warning at work, basically I'm fired the next time all because of their stupid shuttle service which is (by appointment ONLY). I think it was my fault to trust that dealership, i was trying to be nice by taking my car to them. I just thought i bought my car from there and it was better for the car building its history from the date of purchase. SALES PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. SALES PEOPLE ARE SO GOOD THEY ATTRACT CUSTOMERS BUT THE SERVICE PEOPLE DETER CUSTOMERS AWAY. More
