DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! I recently purchased a car from mississauga vw and it was the worst car buying experience you could have. The day i picked out the car there i walked I recently purchased a car from mississauga vw and it was the worst car buying experience you could have. The day i picked out the car there i walked the lot and its small for half hour before i had to finally ask a sales rep for help and it took forever and then i went to pick up the car 11 days later and the touchscreen didnt work plus the airbag light was on witch is a safety concern and they just told me to take it has is like it was no big deal on my brand new 40000 dollar car when i confronted the sales manager i caught him in more then one lie. Please learn from me and stay away from this dealer. More
No phone call? Had a service appt at 11:00 am and was told the car would be at most 2 hrs. When I called 3-1/2 hrs later I am told that they have not looked at it ye Had a service appt at 11:00 am and was told the car would be at most 2 hrs. When I called 3-1/2 hrs later I am told that they have not looked at it yet and won't do so until service appt is paid up front. At any time during the booking not during the last 3-1/2 hrs nobody from the dealership calls to tell me this. Unbelievably bad customer service. More

This is gonna be a long review because i would like to tell the whole story. So around 1 month ago i decided to pop by the Volkswagen dealership because my Nissan was getting serviced at the Nissan beside Volkswagen. I didn't know about the atlas but saw it and the price , and it appealed to me. I left my card and info to contact me for a test drive. I couldn't test drive that day because my Nissan was ready from service and i had to go to work. 2 or 3 days pass no reply from them. So i call again and ask for a test drive the same day. The gentleman Colin picks up and tells me to come around 5:30pm. I was at my story so i got late. I called again at 7pm and asked if i can come down. They said i could come before 7:45pm and do a test drive. So i come around 730ish and asked. Colin was with another customer but came and talked around 5 minutes about the trade in and new car, while standing in the parking lot. We couldn't test drive and he said he will contact me with a time that we can test drive. 1 week past by and no contact from colin. So i go online on their website and book one the next day with Colin. So he replied the next day and said i could come 9-5. I couldn't come because i had work until 8. Another week past i come by myself and ask for Colin. He wasn't there so i asked if anyone else could assist me. So Eric came to talk to me. I told him we had some interactions with Colin and weren't able to talk more than 5 mins. He started being very rude and disrespectful saying that he cant help me because im colins customer. I only talked to Colin for 5 mins. I came today in a mood to finalize the deal and get this done, which i told Eric. He was rude again and he said he couldn't help me until Colin was here and i could leave. I told him i have to buy today because i was shopping around different dealers and was going to finalize. I told him i had a trade in and he said it would take a long time to assess it and come back when Colin is there. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He was acting as if he didnt wanna do his job and get a sale done. He ended with saying he cant help and i can leave and go to someone else. I cant describe the way he talked but it was very rude and i told him i want a deal. Lastly he told me i can go to another dealer which i did. Im writing this from Milton Volkswagen where they have a very nice and respectful staff. Who wanna do their work and help me out. I have order a 2018 Volkswagen atlas titanium beige exceline today very happy. I would recommended not to buy from this rude staff and go to Milton or any other Volkswagen. More
Very dissatisfied with Mark Javat... I can only comment on the new service manager Mark as prior to his arrival I had no issues. I have been trying to get my car in for a recall letter I received months ago. I have tried calling multiple times to coordinate a time as I do not live in the area anymore but have always brought my car to this location as I had good service with Deepesh and leased from this location twice now. Not only were my messages not responded to by the appointment coordinator, they never answered the phone when I called. So today, being in the area, I went in to ask. Mark tells the gentleman to take my information and someone will call me. When I tell him I've been down this route, he asks if I know of a dealership near me. I say 'yes, but I have always gotten my mechanical work done here,' he said 'just, take it somewhere else' and dismissed me, going on to another gentleman who brought his car in. I find this highly unprofessional and appalling he would just disregard a customer and tell them to go elsewhere. So I will... for all my work. I'd rather contribute to someone else's pay check than his! More

New Vehicle delivered with a broken bumper I purchased my first VW last Monday, a brand new 2017 VW Golf. What a horrible experience so far! I picked my car with a broken bumper. Oh, maybe not I purchased my first VW last Monday, a brand new 2017 VW Golf. What a horrible experience so far! I picked my car with a broken bumper. Oh, maybe not broken but is definitely not aligned properly. First of all, I purchased and signed this deal on my birthday, and it is worth mentioning that the sales process, and dealing with Sales consultant was a very pleasant experience. Also, dealing with the finance approval, and the warranty was a bit challenging but we managed to reach a deal that works with my numbers. Monday night, after I picked the car I noticed a gap on the left side of the bumper when facing the vehicle. This gap doesn’t exist on the right side. Also, the engine sounded a bit odd and loud. The next day I immediately contacted the dealership asked me to show up to the dealership to check out the bumper, and the sound. They advised me that the sound is very normal for German cars and it will fade over time. However, they mentioned that the bumper thing is common and they have seen it before and he will just need someone to do it but not today since the service guys are really busy. He mentioned that they should book me in immediately. I haven’t heard from the dealership all day and when I called back they said it will take a few days and they need to talk to their managers first. Not sure why I am supposed to suffer for something that seems to take 5 minutes from a service tech. Three days in and no day booked or even commitments to 100% get this fixed. Apparently, I have to go in late next week to get it assessed and looked at by one of the service guys. Very very very disappointed and hoping for an immediate resolution, or a compensation of some sort. This doesn’t feel like a good purchase anymore, and it is an expensive horrible birthday gift. More
We didn't want to pay a fee for them to inspect our exhaust. They also said they would do a free 32 point inspection. To look at the exhaust Mississauga VW wanted an upfront fee over $100. We objected to prepaying on the grounds we're not mechanics so how could we know that exhaust was the problem? We could wind up paying all sorts of up front fees, which are not refundable but are credited towards the repair if needed, while suggesting various things to be checked out. In addition once you pay the fee it's very unlikely a car owner will go elsewhere for a second opinion. In other words the up front fee is designed to lock you in to getting your repair at Mississauga VW. Two weeks later the car idiot light is flashing! The 32 point free inspection covers checking fluid levels. Guess what? We lifted the hood to check the oil level and 2 weeks after our inspection the oil is so low it doesn't even show on the dipstick. The car does not leak oil on the drive and the exhaust doesn't smoke. In other words there is no apparent leak or burning of oil. It STRONGLY suggests they never checked the oil in the FREE inspection. Fortunately the engine hasn't seized and we'll be going elsewhere to get a service. More

He did not apologize for what his advisor told us. It's the worst customer service experience I've ever had! More
Execellent Customer Service I went to Mississauga Volkswagen to check out some cars as am looking to make a change. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Mark. He had great customer service skills and an excellent technical knowledge of the product. He showed me the Jetta and explained all features thoroughly also took me for a test drive. He went out of his way to help me although it was late evening, probably after hours when we finished. I would strongly recommend this dealership especially Mark for his excellent service provided. More
