Just bought a 2017 Tiguan. In the end we got the original price but that was after 3 hours of negotiating! Had to buy tires as they only had winter tires on and it’s June, the rear passenger bumper sstarted to fall off, we didn’t notice it until it came dislodged from clips. They refused to help, quoted 400$ to fix. Moonroof started rattling the day after we picked up, refused to look at it and offer to fix it, I would not recommend this dealership at all, we thought that that by buying a used Volkswagen from a Volkswagen dealer they might take a little more pride and not become obsessed with unloading a used car. Stressful, and negative experience overall, and it seems like a toxic workplace from what I could tell. More
Our experience was not good with Mississauga VW. After seeing a car on their site, we asked to go and test drive it, did so and decided to go ahead with purchasing. Upon asking if regular tires, not just the winter ones, were included, we were told the car was mis-priced on the website and actually it would be $3000 more than the price on the website and what we were told. After 2 hours of going back and forth they basically told us we were lucky to be given the listed price on the site. It was not a pleasant experience but we liked the car. We called several times to ask when the car would be ready for pick up and when it was, we found it to not be properly cleaned - dirt around handles in the interior of car, etc. We paid over $20,000 for this used car and we were made to feel like the dealership was doing us a favour. We bought new summer tires from them and still were treated like this. Our salesman said he would get us a paint pen for the car and then we were told that we had to buy it - in the long run he ended up giving it to us, but again we had to argue for this. Within a week, we noticed the rear bumped disengaging from the car as well as the sunroof starting to rattle, we called the dealership and drove out to Mississauga to deal with it. They said it would be $400 to fix bumper and they wouldn't do glass work...and the salesman then had the nerve to try to guilt my partner into the fact he forgot to get license plate fee from us and he was out of pocket $60. We will be out of pocket for the bumper plus the sunroof issue - both of which are safety issues. Don't go to this dealership, i cannot recommend them. More

We inquired about the vehicle and received a nice email from Sakheer Awan the Sales Mgr. Once at the dealership he introduced us to Kishan Gajjat who in my experience does NOT have any sales skills. We drove the vehicle liked it and then once sat down to purchase the vehicle he outright had little to no knowledge of a transaction. I told him I am not paying any secret fees and wanted a bank rate which Scotia Offered. He out right tried to get us to sign the paperwork and attempted to charge us a CPO Inspection fee of $599 that they never even did on the car. In the end he went as far to ask us and I quote "How long haven you been in the Country?" At that point we walked out at 4:00 pm, drove to the most amazing Oakville VW and was greeted and treated professionally and purchased a SUV on the spot. I would be careful of their paperwork before you sign any document and this dealership. Shame on Mississauga VW! More

Lots of kind words - shady AF - aftermarket USA based warranty (not VW as was clearly stated) - “Certified” Preowned with a bent rotor (replaced at my own expense within a month) and now a LEGIT Volkswag warranty (not VW as was clearly stated) - “Certified” Preowned with a bent rotor (replaced at my own expense within a month) and now a LEGIT Volkswagen dealership has my whip and it needs THOUSANDS in warranty work - also, no rental included in the warranty with rental … Yawar the Power Aziz and Dhara Khan are crooks for Zanchin Auto … shame too … tainted this whole exciting experience of joining the VW family - I really liked Yawar before he tricked me, and I love car - too bad it doesn’t run - 2 stars is too generous at this point though … and I highly suggest you go elsewhere - Sarah purchased certified pre owned 2018 VW Tiguan 17SEP2022 More

My son was the victim of a person who ran a red light and totalled his car. Insurance gave him enough to get something but not the shiny CRV he had. After much deliberation he decided to try VW. He test drove a used Golf at the dealership in Erin Mills. The salesman from the start, was full of double talk. “We recommend an extended warranty, but you don’t need one with this car.” as an example. He claimed to be doing us a big favour by honouring the online price, as he should be charging us an admin fee. When I asked what for, he said “Because the price you saw was online only.” so I have to assume the stepping into the dealership would have cost us an extra of close to $600. I told my son that he didn’t need to see the salesman again, just get the car you want. We got the online price minus roughly $150 and the salesman said, “We’ll add a tank of gas.” Deal done. Today we went to pick up the car. My son signed the papers and out we went. The salesman then said “Don’t blame me if there’s no gas in there, that is their decision.” as he pointed into the dealership. Both my son and I immediately said that he promised a tank of gas. He then offered the following explanations, and I quote; “Let me see your bill of sale, nowhere does it say tank of gas and I gave you $150 (aprox) off.” “This isn’t my fault.” “I gave you the online price, you can’t have both.” It just got worse and worse. I was furious with his lack of empathy, or honour for what he promised and also, because he ripped off my son by trying to play games. My son was so upset, buying a new car and having it end like that. How do I ever trust VW again? I will most certainly spread the word of this to everyone I know. Amazingly I just bought a second hand Volvo on the online price, in the dealership and they never once tried to mess with the numbers like that. They cared about their new customer. It’s crazy because in reality, what isa tank of gas in a Golf? $80? But this dealership was willing to hurt my son and upset me over it. He was rude and manipulative. I will make a fuss about this, not because of the amount but because it makes me doubt the integrity of VW and I feel like I should let people I care about and even those I don’t, know. More
