Horrible sales service Such a long wait time to get anything done (eg, even the debit machine was so slow) The sales was in and out so frequently the whole time, so it took Such a long wait time to get anything done (eg, even the debit machine was so slow) The sales was in and out so frequently the whole time, so it took us several hours there. We were in a hurry so we had decided on what we wanted to get before walking in to the dealershop but because of their unprofessional manner, my whole day plan was completely ruined. And of course I expect that things can take longer than expected since I am buying a car not a chocolate bar, but not because they have to deal with so many things all at once. Eventually my application for lease was declined, I had to come back to get my deposit refunded. It was seriously one minute procedure. But they told me that the sales who was responsible for my deal was not in so told me to come back next day. Seriously?!! And they said the manager was in meeting so cant do the refund! So mad at the fact that they were in and out thousand times during the meeting with me and now they cant come out for 1 minute??!!! Eventually I “booked” an appointment as I was instructed and had to come back later. Would love to get a VW car sometime in the future, but would never consider coming back to this location. Please also note that I am not even mentioning other very unprofessional things experienced here... More
