After a test drive, I ended up getting a car that I hadn't thought of getting originally. This was my first time getting a car and had no idea what to expect. Both Mississauga Honda and Federico put me at ease. The prices on their used car inventory seemed reasonable and the final sales price was easily/smoothly worked out. The paperwork and signatures that came after was also very straight forward. Overall, I think I made an excellent choice on both the car and the dealer. Federico also made sure I could get my used car in time for work, he made arrangements to come into the dealer on his day off and picked me up from the Go station. 1 small negative: The advertised free oil change for life had a small catch to it - you have to get oil change (AND anything else that the mechanic recommends at extra cost) in order to receive the oil change. Oh well. I wanted to be thorough and comprehensive with my review (hence the negative point). Don't take me wrong though, I would definitely recommend Mississauga Honda and Federico. I'd also be happy to make future purchases here. More

Surpassed all my expectations and got a brand new car! I had an amazing experience here. I came in with my sister and her boyfriend to look at cars and I was treated professionally and was not tossed aside I had an amazing experience here. I met with Ratna, a salesman, who graciously offered to test drive the Civic Si even though I showed no intentions of purchasing it. Fast forward a few days, I arrive with my parents and was approached by Ratna who remembered me. He was able to offer a great deal which was the best I have gotten throughout my searches and was also able to throw in a lot of freebies. As soon as we made the order, I noticed a scratch on the taillight of the car I was purchasing and brought this to the attention of the care salesman. He brought this to the attention of his superiors and they were able to replace the taillight in time for delivery. Overall, I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice Honda vehicle. The customer service was amazing and professional. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. You will definitely not regret doing business with Mississauga Honda! More

He took me for a test drive in the Civic LX at my request, and whilst we were out the sales managers appraised my truck at a VERY fair trade in rate. Brian made the car buying experience pleasant; I'm proud to say I'm the new owner of a 2014 Civic EX, on Brian's recommendation. Brian was a true advisor. He made recommendations and informed me about the cars without seeming pushy at all. Even when I left the dealership to speak about the deal to my wife Brian was cordial, made an appointment for me to return, and was genuinely pleasant. I have told everyone I know to head to Mississauga Honda and to speak with Brian. I won't be buying another car for quite some time, but when I do, I know where I'm going and who I'm speaking to! More
