He asked excellent questions to help us define what we wanted and responded quickly and honestly to all our questions. He knew we were going to see other cars but was confident we would be back. All in all he wanted us to be satisfied with our choice. And we did return and purchased a 2015 CRV- perfect colour and features for us. your go-to honda dealer in GTA! I recently purchased a used car at Mississauga Honda. Sales person (Federico) was very professional and genuine. I did not feel pressured at all. After a test drive, I ended up getting a car that I hadn't thought of getting originally. This was my first time getting a car and had no idea what to expect. Both Mississauga Honda and Federico put me at ease. The prices on their used car inventory seemed reasonable and the final sales price was easily/smoothly worked out. The paperwork and signatures that came after was also very straight forward. Overall, I think I made an excellent choice on both the car and the dealer. Federico also made sure I could get my used car in time for work, he made arrangements to come into the dealer on his day off and picked me up from the Go station. 1 small negative: The advertised free oil change for life had a small catch to it - you have to get oil change (AND anything else that the mechanic recommends at extra cost) in order to receive the oil change. Oh well. I wanted to be thorough and comprehensive with my review (hence the negative point). Don't take me wrong though, I would definitely recommend Mississauga Honda and Federico. I'd also be happy to make future purchases here. More
