No response to calls from this dealership I took my car in for service, got a voice mail about some stuff on my car, tried calling back the guy, and he never returned my calls. When I went to I took my car in for service, got a voice mail about some stuff on my car, tried calling back the guy, and he never returned my calls. When I went to the dealership and told him this, he refuted ,saying that there were no calls on his voice mail, uh! Very rude and unprofessional staff, not happy at all with the kind of service and kind of money they charge. Wont be going back there. More

Very poor service quality Went in for a 2004 V6 Accord power steering hose replacement under service recall. Very disappointed. After job completed in 4 hours, found all (total Went in for a 2004 V6 Accord power steering hose replacement under service recall. Very disappointed. After job completed in 4 hours, found all (total 3) feed line holders were gone, not to mention the bushing. The hose is basically hanging in the air, on the frame, on another hose. The only 1 holder that was installed back was reversed pressing on the spark plug cable. The fluid tank was almost empty. God knows who trained them, no wonder why they are so busy. Update: 2 May 2015 Spoke with service coordinator, Michelle, at the dealer and met with the technician, Kevin, who has worked on the car. Told him what was wrong and he added back all missing holders, bushing and fill up the fluid. The dealer also gave me a rental car for a day. But I think this should not have happened at all, AND if I have not caught this, my car will be leaking fluid down the road and the spark plug cable will have problem leading to engine problem and an expensive repair. The is a typical case at most garage because they wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible, the took 10 thing out and put 7 back hoping you don't notice because the car still runs. I will not send my car to this dealer for service again UNLESS I know exactly what I need them to do and I do not have a choice. More

He asked excellent questions to help us define what we wanted and responded quickly and honestly to all our questions. He knew we were going to see other cars but was confident we would be back. All in all he wanted us to be satisfied with our choice. And we did return and purchased a 2015 CRV- perfect colour and features for us. I would highly recommend Mississauga Honda and Brian to my family and friends. We are thrilled with our decision. More
