Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for visiting Mississauga Honda and we apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. According to our technician’s notes, we recommended 4 tires is because of the following reasons, 1. Tires were cupped and side wall also has cracks all over. 2. Front and Rear tires has 6mm left (very old tires). For vibration issue, we recommended the following, 1. Wheel Alignment 2. Tire Balancing We apologize for the miscommunication. We will provide a free diagnose ($66) for you during your next visit to Mississauga Honda. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences that we may have caused, we would love to continue serve you as your Honda servicing dealer.

Dear Mississauga Honda respondent; Thank you for your email. Since you have not identified yourself, Im not sure if im speaking to the service manager or the dealership owner; however, the fact is your team is not giving you the right facts simply because nobody whatsoever have ever recommended Tire Balancing as an option to me even when i came back requesting for a refund your team insisted on my solution was wrong and never admitted it would have at least solve my problem for the time being. Your rep. Waqas was so rude and immediately changed the story in fornt of me as he was telling it to Aletha!! so I can imagine what version was told to you!! Your sequence of options you listed was not accurate, the first was recommended to me was to replace the tires, then to have the alignment done..... Your dealership does have major issues in customer service and taking feedback, which make me feel that you are not distinguishing yourself from others and thats not where i want to take my business to. I cant trust my car with your team...very unfortunate ending to you but Im glad I found out before I bought and brought my Newer Honda and will never service any of my cars at your dealership nor will recommend it to my family and friends.

Hi Pat, I am not sure what other details you require. "A while ago" refers to Apr. 28 to Apr. 30, 2015. Regarding the test drive, I was given a 1 week window for when the car would arrive, part way through the week, I called in to follow up and was told the car was ready to test drive. Let me know if you require further details.
