We greatly appreciated this honesty, Brian did not try to burden us with "extras" and try to upsell, he followed up on the initial visit, but was not pushy. Our decision to purchase from Brian was simple, he gave us great service , was honest, and worked extremely hard to get us the best deal possible! More

When I went back asking for refund to their inaccurate diagnostic (as they charged me $66), they consulted with their technician and SHOCKINGLY ENOUGH they did not claim wrong diagnostic and I said bye bye to my $66 You just lost me as a customer forever...well-done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need major training in customer service and problem solving skills, very bad.....customer is always wrong their. More

Excellent Overall Experience I purchased a 2015 Civic from this dealership just over one month ago. Previously, I was driving a 10 year old Pursuit with only 62,000km on it and was somewhat reluctant to let it go. On entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by one of the friendliest young men ever who. from that point on, treated me as a valued customer and who listened carefully to all my wants and needs. I was and am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the sales employee as well as support staff to anyone considering buying a vehicle. More

Three weeks ago my husband was involved in an accident and his car was written off My husband Brian and I bought a 2013 Honda Civic in October, 2013. Three weeks ago my husband was involved in an accident and his car was written off by the insurance company so we were faced with getting a replacement vehicle quickly. Since Brian Miller had assisted us with the 2013 purchase and it had been such a pleasant experience, there was not even a thought given to going anywhere else. Actually Brian also made himself available during the whole process after the accident of getting our 2013 Honda to a collision centre to have an estimate of the damages done and arranging for a rental car. Again, Brian lived up to our previous experience and kept our stress level to a minimum by helping us arrange the lease of our new 2015 Honda Civic. Thanks Brian - you're the best. Also, previously we had a 1999 Honda Civic which Mississauga Honda's service department helped us "keep on the road" for 14 years and 404,000 kms!!! More

I was completley shocked that my salesman woud call me to wish me a happy birthday. Just goes to show that I am not just a number to Brian but a valued customer. I would highly recommend Brian for anyone looking for a Honda. More

I went to a few other dealerships but eventually came back to Mississauga Honda. Nothing compared to the first impression I received there. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy a car. More
Bad experience I went in to buy a car awhile ago (my first car), it was close to the end of the month, the salesman barely took the time to explain the features of t I went in to buy a car awhile ago (my first car), it was close to the end of the month, the salesman barely took the time to explain the features of the car and was pressuring to sign the deal so his month end quota could be met. I signed for it anyway subject to test drive. A week later when i went back in for the test drive, the car was filthy (covered in dirt) and was not even wired, the radio, windows, mirrors, vents were not connected. I cancelled the car as the service was horrible. The service at Meadowwale Honda was far superior. More
Quick, Easy, Informed and Straight Forward. Brian was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He never tried to sell me by bringing down other car makes which I really respected. He was never pushy and worked hard to get me my Civic as fast as possible and still did a great job highlighting payment options to work around my budget and schedule. More
