My wife and I visited the dealership with the intent of comparing the Honda CR-V with other vehicles that we had been considering. We had pretty well made our minds on another brand. The vehicle sold itself, it was similar in quality and finish to a Honda Accord EXR that we had owned some years ago. Brian's explanations of the vehicles features were more detailed than those found in the basic brochure. Brian's professional approach was in contrast to most of the other advisors we had met with up to that time. We were not pressured into making a purchase. Typically a new car purchase is stressful.
