If it was legal, I'd marry this dealership. This was my first car purchase ever, and after test driving cars at 5 dealerships in Nanaimo, I was pretty jaded with the whole experience. I've worked in sales for over 16 years and high pressure tactics are a disappointment to me. Turning my search to the lower mainland I was immediately at home with Aaron's refreshingly direct and customer service oriented style. In the snake pit of car salesmen, Aaron is the white knight in shinning armour. I was uneasy about pre-owned cars and straight-up terrified of all but purchasing a vehicle online without having test driven it, but I walked away from Mainland Ford confident that I got a great deal on my 2015 Fusion. Aaron and Stacey made sure I was comfortable with the vehicles features and that my Bluetooth was set up before I left the lot. On the ferry back to Nanaimo I had plenty of time to appreciate how spotless the interior and exterior were. My only regret is that I live on Vancouver Island and will have to service my car there, else I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
