Watch out, very dishonest, typical car salesman ! I got on the phone with a sales person called Rod or Ron... Unfortunately, one of my worst experiences as a buyer and consumer in my life! He would I got on the phone with a sales person called Rod or Ron... Unfortunately, one of my worst experiences as a buyer and consumer in my life! He would take a deposit to book the vehicle, but after I drive 500 kms each way from and back to Montreal (total 1,000 kms), if there is a problem on it, he would not refund the deposit. This is even against the consumer's law. Very arrogant, not listening, no understanding...and so on. then trying to put pressure saying that another sales person was already dealing with another customer interested on the vehicle. I am on sales, and customer satisfaction should be number 1 priority. I would never hire somebody like this Rod guy! More

SAFETY HAZARD, DISREPAIR, FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT LEMON used is 250 sold and FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT of disrepair attempted by used car sales -ROBBIE and management at this location - KASRA MOUSAVI, DA LEMON used is 250 sold and FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT of disrepair attempted by used car sales -ROBBIE and management at this location - KASRA MOUSAVI, DANIEL PARK and MIKE MAGLIO. Upon pick up, the car presented with a broken windshield, undercarriage in disrepair, excessive shaking and os sensor's out. Both managers attempted to conceal the repair issues repeatedly and pointed the finger at one another and then began to yell at us stating that they understand how they look and that this never should have happened. They sent us home after a supposed thorough inspection multiple times and KASRA MOUSAVI hung up on us multiple times until manager Daniel Park was convinced into taking a test drive. He then tried to cover up the issues while driving by stating that nothing was wrong until the noises from the undercarriage were too loud to hide. This forced him to point the finger at asst. Manager KASRA MOUSAVI for failure to disclose the severity of the issues to him and assistant manager KASRA MOUSAVI called back to point the finger back at Mr. Park. Sent home again after repairs were completed and both stated that the CAR NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO US IN THIS CONDITION MULTIPLE TIMES and OS issue presented within a couple of days. Both managers said they did not know what to do and made no attempts to be proactive/ accountable in resolving the matter and hung up on us. The GM then acknowledged that the ball was dropped repeatedly in service and product quality and promised the cash value of the car to be put towards another IS 250. Good faith voicemail attempts to claim the cars value and accept his offer for another car on his website have been repeatedly ignored by GM - Maglio. Ineptitude in service quality flowing top down. Inspections and product quality, service quality and problem solving capacity and FRAUDULENT concealment and promises made throughout. Avoid this dealership and it's incompetent - lying staff at all costs. I have since asked for their OMBUDSMAN but the receptionist and management have not complied. More
