We've known Kumar for 6 years since he worked at Markville toyota. My father reconnected with him at the Lexus dealership and Kumar always made himself available for us. He kept in touch with us throughout (6-8 months while we looked for the perfect car). He's always been extremely dedicated, honest and transparent. The car was in excellent condition and everything he promised; he delivered. We only went back to Lexus of Richmond Hill because of Kumar and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He genuinely cares about his client. More
First Free 1800km checkup distaster for 2017 RX350 My brand new 2017 RX350 not only had to be brought in for the first FREE 1800km check up, it also had a warning light on that the engine did malfunct My brand new 2017 RX350 not only had to be brought in for the first FREE 1800km check up, it also had a warning light on that the engine did malfunction. Yesterday, May 9th 2017 Richmond Hill Service Dept. really screwed up and my highly thought of their customer service vanished. This is my 3rd RX purchased from them. The 2 woman at customer service "LIsa" and "Subashy" said I can have a courtesy car when I came in . I took a huge bag and a 2x4 canvas out of my car to transfer over to their car. Also Vasin Mahdavi said "We get the car ready for you so you can go on with your day" and he walked me to the front. After waiting forever, nothing happened, not ONE of the Service people would come and explain or update to me on anything. They let me wait knowing darn well that there was no car ready for me. They all played their little game on me and lied. Shame on you and your Customer Service people how unprofessional you are!!! After over 2 hours Vasin came and said I owe them $149.00 because the gas lid was not closed tight and triggered the engine light to come on. He said since it is my fault it is not covered by the check up. They had the car on the computer anyway and to push a button to stop the warning light they wanted more money from me, even so Lexus Canada already payed for my visit. I refused to pay and they finally waived the fee. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth on how rotten I was treated. Your customer service went down the tubes and this will be my absolute last Lexus purchase from you and I will try to avoid your dealership as much as I can. Ironically, the ONLY reason I bought my 3 cars from this dealer was their outstanding service I had previously received over the past 10 years, which is now totally gone. More

Beware - I was completely Scammed by KUMAR and the rest I want to first mention that we tried to deal with this situation prior to writing this review. We purchased a 2015 black Lexus RX350 from Kumar a I want to first mention that we tried to deal with this situation prior to writing this review. We purchased a 2015 black Lexus RX350 from Kumar a few months ago. As the car had a few insurance claims on it I asked some specific questions. I wondered why a 2015 model was recently traded in and Kumar who at the time seemed like such an honest man told me he knew that specific customer very well and that his wife had keyed the side of the car but it was completely painted and fixed. From what we saw the car was fixed. EXEPT NOT PROPERLY. After a couple months and a few washes we noticed the entire right side of the car had a very long and deep key mark. It got more visible each and every wash. I called Kumar to tell him about this and he hanged his tone completely. Calling me "buddy" instead of the "sir" he called me previously. He said he had no idea who the previous owner was and said I was lying when I said that he told me how well he knew the owner. E said he never said everything he said when he was selling me the car and that he couldn't and wouldn't do anything about this issue. So what happened? The car was touched up well enough that he giant scratch wasn't noticible at pick up and for a few washes. How do I know this? I took the car in for an oil change and the service staff themselves said oh, we already touched this car up a while back and then brought out a paint marker and did the same. We are now left with a key mark from the front fender to the rear fender and though both doors. I very calmly called Kumar in hopes that this would be made good. Even through a few oil changes being offered complimentary to offset the $1000 I have to pay to have the car repainted on that side. Instead Kumar said I can't do anything and continues to Lie and say he knew nothing about this previously. All in all this dealership or at least Kumar is extremely dishonest and he should not be trusted. Complete stereotypical used car salesman! The world always has a way to unfold as it should and I am a strong believe in karma so I know this will come back around to him but unfortunately that doesn't fix the major problem we have with a car we purchased from them only a few months ago. I hope this review is read and that someone from the management team contacts me to help rectify this issue and hopefully change my perception of this dealership. Lexus of Richmond Hill. Do what is right and offer a solution. Don't leave us as recent customers left with such a bad experience. More

Watch out, very dishonest, typical car salesman ! I got on the phone with a sales person called Rod or Ron... Unfortunately, one of my worst experiences as a buyer and consumer in my life! He would I got on the phone with a sales person called Rod or Ron... Unfortunately, one of my worst experiences as a buyer and consumer in my life! He would take a deposit to book the vehicle, but after I drive 500 kms each way from and back to Montreal (total 1,000 kms), if there is a problem on it, he would not refund the deposit. This is even against the consumer's law. Very arrogant, not listening, no understanding...and so on. then trying to put pressure saying that another sales person was already dealing with another customer interested on the vehicle. I am on sales, and customer satisfaction should be number 1 priority. I would never hire somebody like this Rod guy! More
