As you can see, I received a response from the Lexus of Richmond Hill Digital Team saying they wanted to learn more and asked me to email customersupport@weinscanada.com. I followed their instructions and wrote in detail about what happened, but I never received any reply. Their initial message stated they “don’t take feedback lightly” and wanted to make things better, but the complete lack of follow-up suggests otherwise. This experience makes it seem like they do not value customer feedback or care about resolving issues. Very disappointing. I never had such an experience with any other dealership.

This is not nice that you give the same copy and paste response to the customer's concerns. You are not a genuine and honest dealership and I have lost my trust in your service department for ever. Before I put my feedback here I talked to your service manager Patricia and I also made a formal complaint to Lexus Canada. I did not get any reasonable response as no one of you care about customers and only have a plan to rip them off. Shame on you.
