I figured if I was mad it would not be a helpful review. I am still bothered by the treatment so I decided to write the review. I have been a Lexus customer for almost 15 years and I have purchased 4 cars. I contacted this dealership to book a service appointment. It was my first time contacting them. The first time I left a message and no one got back to me. The second time I spoke with a person who was polite and professional yet firmly insisted that I had to provide my VIN number prior to booking an appointment. I indicated that the VIN number is prominently displayed on the car and someone could acquire it when I arrived( I was calling from my office and did not have the VIN handy). After some back and forth this was not acceptable so I declined to book the appointment. I was frankly mystified at this treatment. I have attended Erin Park Lexus for the past 15 years and always received top notch service from virtually any staff member. I was surprised by this treatment and thought Lexus management should know how a good customer was turned off by the approach. I left a message for the General Manager and never received a call back or any follow up. The good news is I still love Lexus. I now drive 50 KM to go to my old dealership where I am treated like a King by sales and service -- Erin Park Lexus! More
Horrible service!! Horrible attitude!! I wanted to get pre-owned Lexus RX 350 and went to Richmond Hill to check on prices. My salesperson was Brian Lee. Right at the beginning, he asked wh I wanted to get pre-owned Lexus RX 350 and went to Richmond Hill to check on prices. My salesperson was Brian Lee. Right at the beginning, he asked whether we were ACTUALLY GOING TO BUY A CAR OR JUST BROWSING! I found that a bit rude but still decided to deal with him. Throughout our conversation, he was very pushy without giving specific details about the make, kms and final price. When I asked him per month, he would always come up with a different amount as he would be giving me an extra 'discount'. I then told him I wanted to trade in my car so I would bring it the next day. After I brought it, the manager offered $1000 for the car (which another dealership evaluated for 4K) so I obviously said 'no'. I then told Brian that I was going to agree to take RX 350 if he offers me an X discount. He called his manager who again tried coming up with numbers and at the end said he cannot match with the price I am asking to get by adding that I SHOULD NOT BE BUYING A CAR AT LEXUS IF I AM ECONOMICALLY UNSTABLE AND HAVE A BUDGET!... I simply turned around and left. Very unprofessional, extremely rude and disrespectful personnel! More

My wife and I were interested initially in buying a luxury used car and found a year old Lexus LS460 on the Internet. We drove down from our home near Sudbury to Richmond Hill to meet the salesman, Rod luxury used car and found a year old Lexus LS460 on the Internet. We drove down from our home near Sudbury to Richmond Hill to meet the salesman, Rod Roozbehani, who had advertised the vehicle for sale. The car was amazing - had been maintained to the Lexus standards - and our negotiating with Rod was professional, friendly, open and honest. Since that time, which was in December 2009, we have purchased three more vehicles - all from Rod. We bought a brand new RX350 in July 2010, a year old LX570 in December 2010 and a brand new GX460 in December 2012. All these purchases were made at Lexus of Richmond Hill even though it takes us approximately three and a half hours to get there from our home. In each and every transaction, we dealt with Rod and were treated courteously and ethically throughout. We believe that the price we paid for each of our vehicles was the best we could've obtained anywhere and the trade-in values were excellent as well. Rod is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He learns what his customers need and is respectful of their budgets and any other requirements they might have. He can be reached almost 24/7 and returns calls promptly. A true professional! In addition, Rod makes sure to introduce you to the staff at the dealership who also may be able to assist you - we were introduced to the Finance Manager, Service Manager and General Manager, all of whom expressed interest in us as clients of a warm and efficient dealership. If you are looking for good value and a salesman you can trust, go see Rod Roozbehani at Lexus at Richmond Hill!! More
I visited THIS dealership in early april. My visit was based on 2 vehicles that I found within the autotrader that were listed as at Lexus of Richmond Hill in Ontario. I live in Brampton Ontario so it was based on 2 vehicles that I found within the autotrader that were listed as at Lexus of Richmond Hill in Ontario. I live in Brampton Ontario so it was approx a 40 min commute to this dealership. When I first arrived at this dealership I waited in the showroom for 5 mins or so browsing a few of the new vehicles. Within minutes I was greeted by a concierge. I informed the concierge that I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle. She introduced me to Rod Roozbehani ( DO NOT BUY FROM HIM STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE ). After exchanging pleasantries I informed Rod that I was looking for a 2010 Lexus RX 350 Touring for my wife and time was of the essence as I was leaving for a business trip and it was for my transporting my newborn son. I informed Rod that I was a cash buyer, I had a specific budget in mind and that if we could do a deal today I would be happy to proceed. Rod was quick to pull up inventory and take me for a test drive in one of the RX's. During the test drive I provided Rod with my budget "on the road" and he said he would advocate for me to move the deal forward. When we got back to the dealership we proceeded to Rod's office to start the offer process. I asked to be excused as Rod wrote up the paper work and called my wife to inform her that I was going to proceed with making an offer on a vehicle that I just finished test driving. I went back into Rod's office and he wrote down $33,000 plus taxes on the road. I informed Rod that I wanted to be @ $34,000 max on the road. This is when the conversation took a twist. Rod then laughed at me. He began to talk down to me and say why not put 32 ? Why not Put 30.. why not take the car for free ? Being extremely insulted I snapped back. Why not go ahead anD put it DOWN. He then had the odasity to say "you people from Brampton".. who do you think you are ? You drive all the way over here thinking you can get something ? why not try to pull this type of stuff over there ? Does Rod not realize that THIS DEALERSHIP advertises thier inventory across the GTA ? Does my residence and geographical location matter ? I didn't realize that being from Brampton was considered to be unacceptable when shopping in Richmond Hill ? I was so enraged that I got up and put my business card down on his desk and informed him that within one week I will be purchasing the exact same RX or better for the price that I want and walked out. Since that time I have gone on my business trip, returned, walked into Erin Park Lexus ( prob number 1 for customer service in Ontario ) and purchased a 2010 Lexus RX 350 Sport Edition for my exact budget and it was LCPO'd ( LEXUS CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED ). In my entire life I have never been so insulted. How could someone treat another person like this ? Especially someone who is in sales ? IF YOU WANT AN AMAZING VEHICLE BUY FROM ERIN PARK LEXUS IN MISSISSAUGA - THEY KNOW THE TRUE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY DON'T CARE WHERE YOU ARE FROM - THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GOLD REGARDLESS ! GIVING LEXUS OF RICHMOND HILL A HALF STAR IS WAY TOO GENEROUS !! WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!! YOU WILL NOT ONLY BE BURNED YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE GARBAGE ! More
