Top-Notch Service From LORH We walked into LORH at the beginning of March looking to test drive a pre-owned RX450h with high expectations of excellent customer service from LORH. We walked into LORH at the beginning of March looking to test drive a pre-owned RX450h with high expectations of excellent customer service from LORH. We're expecting a baby and we knew for certain that the hospital would not let our baby go home in our S2000. We heard so many wonderful things about their services, which prompted us to pay a visit and we ended up buying that car on the same day. Robby greeted us with a big smile which made us feel more welcome and less intense with the pressure of car buying. As matter of fact, we didn't feel any pressure by him at all and really enjoyed being at the dealership even for more than three hours. During the test drive, Robby was very knowledgeable and patiently explained to us so many features that the RX450h has, which I really enjoyed. Robby even made sure that most of the dings and blemishes being removed by outside party when their in-house technician couldn't fix them as well as new oil change. We were very impressed by the extra miles he went through to keep us happy with our first Lexus purchase. We were Honda fanatics before, but thanks to Robby for converting us to Lexus fan. LORH really lived up to its reputation. Thank you Robby and LORH for top-notch service and we look forward to Lexus night next week. More
