The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication and follow ups- regarding any updates with our car that was taken in for repairs about 8 months ago. Their support is so poor, I got a 2023 Rx hybrid and every day due to engine alarm or other issues I have to go to the dealership and again when I get my car the same issue pop up. Beware of their attempts to try and extract unnecessary service fees if you plan to buy out your lease. I have been dealing with the Assistant Service Manager, Sean Guyadeen, at the Lexus Richmond Hill for a couple of visits already. For each visit, I can only think of nothing but positive attitude from Sean Sean Guyadeen, at the Lexus Richmond Hill for a couple of visits already. For each visit, I can only think of nothing but positive attitude from Sean. The last time (Sept 13, 2023) I was there was to have the flat tire fixed and need a wheel lock key for my Lexus NX300, I just have to commend the excellent and professional service I received from Sean. He took his time to explain the issue/situation of the flat tire, the solution for it and was patience with me even if I have asked same questions on the car. Keep up the good work, Sean. This dealership is a total scam. Their trick was to call you. Since I am a 73 year old man with hearing problems, they ended up getting my approval for all repairs. It is a big crime to take advantage of an old man.
