The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication and follow ups- regarding any updates with our car that was taken in for repairs about 8 months ago. Their support is so poor, I got a 2023 Rx hybrid and every day due to engine alarm or other issues I have to go to the dealership and again when I get my car the same issue pop up. Beware of their attempts to try and extract unnecessary service fees if you plan to buy out your lease. They continously tried to tell me that the safety on the car I was buying had to be done with them. T service fees if you plan to buy out your lease. I have been dealing with the Assistant Service Manager, Sean Guyadeen, at the Lexus Richmond Hill for a couple of visits already. For each visit, I can only think of nothing but positive attitude from Sean Sean Guyadeen, at the Lexus Richmond Hill for a couple of visits already. For each visit, I can only think of nothing but positive attitude from Sean. The last time (Sept 13, 2023) I was there was to have the flat tire fixed and need a wheel lock key for my Lexus NX300, I just have to commend the excellent and professional service I received from Sean. He took his time to explain the issue/situation of the flat tire, the solution for it and was patience with me even if I have asked same questions on the car. Keep up the good work, Sean. Si Lee More
This dealership is a total scam. Their trick was to call you. Since I am a 73 year old man with hearing problems, they ended up getting my approval for all repairs. It is a big crime to take advantage of an old man. They should have submitted a written estimate to get my approval, as required by Ontario Consumer Protection Bureau. More
