I brought my 2015 RX 450 H for a diagnosis. My Audio system is broken. I was told come in for a diagnosis it will cost you $ 175.00 and we will figure out the issue. When I get to the dealer th My Audio system is broken. I was told come in for a diagnosis it will cost you $ 175.00 and we will figure out the issue. When I get to the dealer they do the diagnosis and came back with a worst case scenario of $ 25,556 to replace the radio. They could not figure out the problem. The tech gives me 4 options as to what could be wrong. Not sure what is the $ 175.00 charge is for if they cannot figure out the problem. I'm not a technician but I could do the same saying there could be 5 reasons why the radio is broken. To me this is a classic bait and switch. Then I was told it's Lexus you have to blame it's not the dealership. My expectation was they will give me a clear answer as too what's wrong for the $ 175.00. Well disappointed after 4 hours wait........Hope this changes More

From the second i contacted him about a vehicle for my fiance to the time I picked it up and the follow up.. the service and responsiveness is TOP NOTCH. My ocd was completely satisfied. The vehicle was as stated with a few extra touches. It's COMPLETELY the reason I drove 2 hours past all the other lexus dealers to see my man Amarjit for a vehicle. By far the WORST dealership experience I ever had. I dealt with Jack Feng who used the "Bait and Switch" tactic to have me come into the dealership to negotiate pricing only to tell me that there was I dealt with Jack Feng who used the "Bait and Switch" tactic to have me come into the dealership to negotiate pricing only to tell me that there was no room for negotiation. He had previously called and stated that pricing can be discussed but had to be in person. Not only did he flat out lie, but he also said I was waste of his time and that I should not be coming to him unless I am ready to sign the papers. We got a pretty good deal out of it and everything was all good. When we pick up the vehicle, we notice the left side of the front bumper was sticking out. AMAR VERMA himself said “Don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it. I’ll leave a note for service to fix it. Right now service is closed because of Covid and we can’t order the part. But don’t worry, I’ll take care of it, all good!” Come service time…. There is NO NOTE, NOTHING that was left for Service. I told AMAR VERMA what he told me and HE DENIED IT. He said “I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. I DID NOT SAY THIS.” AMAR VERMA IS A SCAM ARTIST. A LIAR. HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY. WHATSOEVER. DO NOT work with AMAR VERMA if you ever come to LEXUS OF RICHMOND HILL! Request someone else. Nevertheless, the SERVICE STAFF of Lexus of Richmond Hill was so great to me.
