We got a pretty good deal out of it and everything was all good. When we pick up the vehicle, we notice the left side of the front bumper was sticking out. AMAR VERMA himself said “Don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it. I’ll leave a note for service to fix it. Right now service is closed because of Covid and we can’t order the part. But don’t worry, I’ll take care of it, all good!” Come service time…. There is NO NOTE, NOTHING that was left for Service. I told AMAR VERMA what he told me and HE DENIED IT. He said “I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. I DID NOT SAY THIS.” AMAR VERMA IS A SCAM ARTIST. A LIAR. HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY. WHATSOEVER. DO NOT work with AMAR VERMA if you ever come to LEXUS OF RICHMOND HILL! Request someone else. Nevertheless, the SERVICE STAFF of Lexus of Richmond Hill was so great to me. Listening to the issue and helping trying to find a solution. I am writing this as I await news of what’s going to come of this. Will write an update shortly. More
