Worst experience at a dealership We had the worst experience at this dealership. Vince, the sales manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional! I have never seen someone so offensive in customer service! My husband and I went to get a quote for a IS and they got the quote from the exact website that everyone has access to online. They lacked knowledge and needed to check the website and catalogue. Wait time was long even though we were the only customers there! Loved the IS before my visit but changed my mind completely about lexus altogether after this experience! Vince acted as if he was doing us a favour by selling us a car! I had gone to BMW and Mercedes the day before and was shocked by the service at Lexus! More

Great vehicle at a great price. I had been looking for a Toyota Rav4 with a V6 engine and low KMs for a while when I came across an auto trader ad from Lexus of Richmond Hill. These I had been looking for a Toyota Rav4 with a V6 engine and low KMs for a while when I came across an auto trader ad from Lexus of Richmond Hill. These vehicles are hard to come by as they were only made from 2006-2012 and the further we get away from 2012 the harder they are to find with under 100,000km. When I called about the 2011 Toyota Rav4 Sport with only 49000 km I was put through to Imtiaz Cheval. Being from Winnipeg, I knew I had to trust Chevy to be my eyes and ears on this one. I requested a lot of photos of the under carriage/ strut towers ect as a major concern with used cars from the East is rust. Chevy came through with quality photos that I could pass on to my mechanic and get the go ahead to proceed with the sale. We worked out the details over the phone and after flying in on a Friday morning red eye from Wpg I arrived at the dealership needing things ready to go in order to start my 24 hour drive home. Things were ready, everything worked out well and Chevy was great. The dealership wasn't quite as nice as some of the Lexus dealerships in the West (no Barista ect), but hey man, I was there to buy a 6 y/o Toyota. I've had the vehicle for almost a month and everything is tickety boo so I couldn't be happier as this vehicle was priced a lot more reasonably than comparables in the West.
