Fantastic experience dealing with Imtiaz Cheval! We were just looking and came into the Richmond Hill Dealership near closing time on a Friday. Imtiaz did not hesitate to answer all our questions abo We were just looking and came into the Richmond Hill Dealership near closing time on a Friday. Imtiaz did not hesitate to answer all our questions about the Lexus RX 350 we saw in Auto Trader. We were interested in a used car and he patiently explained all the features and diferences bteween the 2015 and 2016 models. My wife and I both took the 2015 for a test drive and received a thorough demo of all the features. Imtiaz gave us a lot of information about financing options for both used and new. We were impressed by how quickly they assessed the value of our trade in, the fair value offered, and the fact that Imtiaz and Ray stayed almost 2 hours after the dealership closed once we decided to purchase the vehicle. Additionally we did not feel pressured to buy extended warranties or protection. Of course they explained the benefits but respected our No decision. The car had some warranty left and we had done enough research that we knew it was a very reliable vehicle. Sales staff and front desk were friendly and courteous. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience at this dealership and most importantly Imtiaz was excellent to deal with. We would definitely recommend friends and family to see Imtiaz and the Lexus of Richmond Hill team. More
