Lets just start with the fact this is my 2nd Lexus with Rick, and the 7th purchased/leased by my family from Lexus of London. Everyone is always very professional, attentive, and fair. The level of professionalism at the dealership is a rarity for any industry these days - that is prime reason for our continued loyalty to Rick, Romeo and the team at Lexus of London. The other reason is that the RX is built right here in Ontario, and are the most reliable automobiles my family has ever owned. We have had many competing German makes and models, and non hold a candle to Lexus build quality. This isn't a small purchase, this is a purchase where you are relying on a machine to take your family safely, and consistently, from point A to point B, and not have to worry about lights shorting out, windows or doors not locking, or a engine light randomly turning out. Have your Lexus serviced at it's regular intervals, at the Dealership, and it will last you a very long time. More
