I was interested in a vehicle. Salesman indicated their mechanic said it was just checked over, all was fine. He told me not to purchase the vehicle, there was a leak that would ultimately be a huge problem. I returned vehicle, told salesman what my mechanic said and his response. Oh well. More

The free oil change program they make a big deal of is a total waste of money!!!! First off it cost $200, then you have to pay for things like labour, shop supplies, Etc. I was looking to upgrade my vehicle and I was recommended Leduc Hyundai. If I'm being honest here, they weren't the first dealership that came to mind and they were a little out of my way. But because of the recommendation, I decided to give it a go and I gotta say, I was impressed. Their staff were professional, friendly and not pushy at all! That's the one thing that scares me about car dealerships, but their actions are pretty clear that they're not out to make a quick buck. I was taken care of by one of the finance managers, James L., and he actually took the time to listen and provide me with options that suited my needs. He walked me through the whole process and was just a text away if I had inquires or needed help with anything. He even answered his phone on his day off to help me with some paperwork. His reasoning for that was so everything went smoothly and stress free on my end. Who does that?? I guess that's dedication for you. Furthermore, he followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was still satisfied with my vehicle. Would I go back to them in the future? Yes! Would I recommend them to my friends and family? Most definitely! They may not be the first dealership that comes to mind when purchasing a vehicle, but they should be with their customer service.
