My husband received a call about our daughters Tuscan today. There is recall . My daughter called back because the vehicle is hers and register to her. And young adults like to be independent . Are you serious, this could have been a safety issue and you aren’t going to tell her unless she booked with you? And then to make matters worse she kept saying the Suv wasn’t my daughters. Honestly, it absolute xxxxxxxxx. I called them back looking for answers after they gave her the run around. I spoke to Alice she was super helpful and was able to tell me that it was just a software update and not a safety issue. I would like to give Alice a 5 star review ! She was kind and very helpful. The salesman (Shady-yes, the irony is not lost on me) & the sales manager (Hummad) totally mislead me and certainly withheld pertinent information that was requested MANY times during the negotiation process...the history and accident info. The info was certainly NEVER offered initially & was withheld until the price was finalized...the $35k vehicle had been in a $20k accident claim! Even now the vehicle is still posted at an absorbingly high price....it should be at LEAST $10k cheaper according to an expert in the field. Do your homework and trust the negative reviews or better yet, just avoid this dealership completely. More
