I really wish there Zero Stars was an option. I agreed to a quote that was emailed to me on an ordered vehicle with no overpriced dealer extras. I did not want any of the high priced dealer add on packages. These were priced way higher than outlined on Hyundai.ca build and price. I had a call from one of the sales managers that they had just what I wanted coming in but it had the "Winter Package" I said I would wait as I was in no hurry. I later received news that orders were closed and Hyundai Canada went to allocating vehicles to dealers vs ordering, and the price could not be honored. I was eventually offered the unit that had come in that was now a demo and I could have it for the original order price - all the dealer added items would be a no extra cost. I then got a call that this deal couldn't be honored, but they could deal for an extra $1674.75 I reluctantly agreed to this on the phone. Then I get a call from Amanda the finance manager congratulating me on the purchase but suggested I get the 3M package to protect from the rock chips. I said I have a text that tells me this unit has it already. She put me on hold and checked with a sales manager, then came back and said no it does not have it and it is required. It will be an additional 1695.00. Also that Dan - the salesman that made the deal is no longer there. I said have Ray - the sales manager that made the deal call me. I then get a call from Cal telling me they will proceed with the deal on the demo unit for 20,000 difference. We are now 3133.79 above the agreed price.. I asked for my deposit of $500.00 to be returned to me. My recommendation if you are dealing with Leduc Hyundai is make sure you have all offers in writing and signed, but better yet, steer clear of these xxxxxxxx'. More
Super disappointed with Leduc Hyundai. I took my vehicle there for a service at 9 am and left it there all day. The male I spoke with did not seem to care they wasted my day. I went to Leduc Chrysler after and they were the complete opposite, I suggest to go to Leduc Chrysler. More
Extremely disappointed with the service on my 2014 Santa Fe. After spending $3700 on maintenance, the "check engine" light came on outside of Leduc after driving the vehicle from Calgary. The vehicle has been there now for 3 and a half weeks. The last week I have been waiting to hear something (anything) from Hyundai about a warranty on the engine. I call to find out what the status is on my vehicle, and no one returns my call. Just terrible customer service. Not sure I will ever purchase another Hyundai based on this experience. It is costing me a great deal in time and money being without a vehicle and Hyundai does not seem to take my problem seriously. More
My husband and I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Urban from Leduc Hyundai. The staff in management, financing, our salesman and the service department were a PLEASURE to work with. There were a few requests we had for the vehicle and they met them with zero hesitation. Amanda in financing even caught us after signing to ask us to come redo paperwork, she had caught an error of an extra $2,000. If that’s not above and beyond service I don’t know what is! Theo is a very knowledgeable salesman. He even took time to show us how to function every feature in the SUV. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family, as well as returning when ever I need an upgrade! More

Was called a liar after confronting them that the tire inflation kit that is a safety item for my car was missing and was told according to their inspection that it was there when I bought the car and whe inflation kit that is a safety item for my car was missing and was told according to their inspection that it was there when I bought the car and when I told them it was not I was called a liar and accused of scamming them by removing the said kit and trying to get another one. I would NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALER AGAIN! More

My husband received a call about our daughters Tuscan today. There is recall . My daughter called back because the vehicle is hers and register to her. And young adults like to be independent . The lady (she takes care of bookings) wouldn’t say what the recall was unless we booked in with them. Are you serious, this could have been a safety issue and you aren’t going to tell her unless she booked with you? And then to make matters worse she kept saying the Suv wasn’t my daughters. Honestly, it absolute xxxxxxxxx. I called them back looking for answers after they gave her the run around. I spoke to Alice she was super helpful and was able to tell me that it was just a software update and not a safety issue. I would like to give Alice a 5 star review ! She was kind and very helpful. Great job Alice !!! . More
