I had a troubling experience with Hyundai Leduc regarding my 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I initially agreed to Maintenance #3, which cost $500. However, shortly after, I faced a financial emergency and tried to sw my 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I initially agreed to Maintenance #3, which cost $500. However, shortly after, I faced a financial emergency and tried to switch to Maintenance #1 within 5 minutes. I was routed to service advisor, who told me the manager was too busy to talk to me directly. She informed me that the switch wasn't possible because work had already begun. Despite my situation, service advisor said I could either accept the completed work or take my vehicle back without service. This lack of empathy and rigid response was disappointing and made a difficult situation worse. I hope Hyundai reviews this approach to customer service. More

They sold me a car that was in a major wreck with a rebuilt status without disclosing this. Don’t get me wrong I love the vehicle but honesty would have gone a lot further for them especially knowing I was moving back to Ontario and now need a structural safety done to get it plated $$$$ they lied, covered up, passed the buck, and Graham even hung up on us after accusing us of saying he was f’ken retarted ( you’re being recorded) is what was said! Shop elsewhere people, they are not worth the stress and hours on the phone hoping for some kind of resolution with them, it’s just not going to happen! More

I urge everyone to stay vigilant, thoroughly verify your paperwork, and avoid making the same mistake I did by blindly trusting anyone. Also, refrain from providing any deposit before reviewing the final bill of sale. Stay safe out there! This life lesson from the experience cost me close to $5-6k, which I will just have to live with. Here's my review: The online quote for the car I wanted was around $25k. When I contacted them via phone/text, they quoted me $26k, mentioning a 3M protection feature. I thought, "Okay, that's not bad." However, upon visiting the dealership, I opted for a Rubber Sealant package priced at $799. To my surprise, the final bill reflected a price close to $2k, including an added 'winter package' with mud flaps and mats. Despite my inquiry, I never received the mud flaps, as promised by the salesperson. Furthermore, I declined their 'Credit protection,' but it was still included in the final bill of sale for $1500. They also added other items labeled as 'special accessories.' Additionally, they included GST, which was supposed to be part of the $26k quote. Consequently, my monthly payments increased to $577, rather than the expected $400ish had I scrutinized the paperwork and not placed blind trust in them. To add to the frustration, our first appointment, promised to take only 2-3 hours, ended up lasting close to 5 hours. More
