The free oil change program they make a big deal of is a total waste of money!!!! First off it cost $200, then you have to pay for things like labour, shop supplies, Etc. I was looking to upgrade my vehicle and I was recommended Leduc Hyundai. If I'm being honest here, they weren't the first dealership that came to mind and they were a little out of my way. But because of the recommendation, I decided to give it a go and I gotta say, I was impressed. Their staff were professional, friendly and not pushy at all! That's the one thing that scares me about car dealerships, but their actions are pretty clear that they're not out to make a quick buck. I was taken care of by one of the finance managers, James L., and he actually took the time to listen and provide me with options that suited my needs. He walked me through the whole process and was just a text away if I had inquires or needed help with anything. He even answered his phone on his day off to help me with some paperwork. His reasoning for that was so everything went smoothly and stress free on my end. Who does that?? I guess that's dedication for you. Furthermore, he followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was still satisfied with my vehicle. Would I go back to them in the future? Yes! Would I recommend them to my friends and family? Most definitely! They may not be the first dealership that comes to mind when purchasing a vehicle, but they should be with their customer service. Bought a new Kona, Michelle was our sales person, who was very good, nice to deal with and went above and beyond!!! Very happy with Michelle and and the guy in finance. When signing the paper work the monthly payment was ever so slightly higher than agreed on, not really a big deal but to me it was the principle of the matter, after we had an agreed upon monthly payment. So incomes the owner or part owner named Dan who very clearly state he would not honour the original agreed on monthly payment. If it was not for the great sale person Michell, I would have told Dan to keep his vehicle. A deals a deal and he refused to honour my original payment price..therefore I would advise everyone to use caution at this dealership. Buy from Michelle if buying there, she is honest and strait forward!!! More

Today we had a truly AWEOME experience we have ever had with a dealership, like I said before being honest and up front about any and all things was what were looking for the gentlemen that helped us was AMAZING straight to the point which is my kind of people Jamie wasn't pushy he really listened to our needs. and being Honest is number one in my book. between Jamie and Humaad, and the team from start to finish it was really fantastic and they treated us with respect we left feeling good about our experience we would recommend the Leduc HYUNDAI to anyone and everyone.
