Car was detailed nice on pick-up and all extras explained nicely. CONS they charged us $70 for gas and $10 for plate transfer and have a $399 dealer fee. would shop here again More

Dan sat with me for about 15 minutes to get a idea for what I was looking for, and then teamed me up with Billy. Billy was fantastic!!! he showed me a few different vehicles, went for a test drive, and set me up with a new Mazda to take home for the night to ensure it fitted my families needs, there was absolutely no pressure to buy at all which was great. After my wife drove the vehicle and we had a chance to go over everything we decided to pursue the purchase the car. The entire experience was a positive one, and I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new mazda to visit this great team, All associates made it a very simple process in a environment with no pressure and no upselling. check them out!! They saved my car! My Mazda CX 7 was bought from Team Chrysler Mississauga. The moment I took the delivery from them, I heard the great ticking noise from the engine area. They checked it again and again and told it is normal for the turbo engine. "Oh! its the turbo". Never had a turbo car before. Drove to London. Checked Mazda forum several times. All CX7 owners have the same issue. Then I went to the Probart Mazda, London. 105$ for diagnostics, gave estimation to change the VVTi for 2800$. My car was only 7 days with me that time. and it was september 2013. In between I went to many places. All gave me different opinions. Suddenly I saw that there is a new Mazda dealer here in London. The London City Mazda. I went to them last week. Diagnostic 52$, just half! need to do VVTi, estimate is 1700$. Few other issues need another 177$. Kim Lesmeister was my Service Advisor. I told her that it is a common problem for CX7 which I came to know from Mazda forum, and if she likes to have a look at it so that I can ask for a recall like benefit. She assured me that she will try her best to do something. I came back home and was thinking to sale my car "as is". I dont have that much money for a repair work and on the top of everything, it is a manufacturing fault from Mazda! They have changed the VVTi for the newer CX7s and do not have the VVTi issues anymore. Anyway, she called me back after 2 hours to make an appointment to change the VVTi and told me that Mazda agreed to pay for the whole replacement cost including labour! Couldn't believe what she was telling me! Yesterday I went there, they took my car , gave me a 2015 Mazda 3 to drive till my car is done. Picked up my CX7 at 4:30 pm. No ticking noise, no issues. Paid 177$ for few other small jobs! Now my car is at 143K on it, and today is September 23rd, 2014 When I went to Probart Mazda, London, it was 114K on it. They didn't talk about any recall, or anything. Lucky me, didn't do it that time! Well, long storey short, What Kim did for me on behalf of the London City Mazda is great, greater than anyone can think of. This we call "customer service". Others should learn from them. Peter is the reason I bought here! I just came home with my new CX-5 today. The SUV has all the bells and whistles already jam packed into the price. This was my first ever car purchas I just came home with my new CX-5 today. The SUV has all the bells and whistles already jam packed into the price. This was my first ever car purchase and Peter was there every step of the way. I waited for months and he was patient and kind about my big purchase, never pushy and always very polite. He went out of his way to accommodate me, my kids and my great dane (yes he fits in it comfortably!) through the whole process. When issues with financing arose, he took hold of the situation and made sure I was happy and everything was exactly how it was promised with extra effort and time. I am so appreciative for Peter walking me through my purchase. Jamie & Jeff today were so great today and I can see how they stand behind their goal of best customer service. Today I drove away a super happy customer and know that those guys, especially Peter, are the reason to buy a Mazda at London City Mazda. More
