About 2 months ago, Leavens Mazda contacted me about trading in my 2023 Mazda CX5 Sport Model. They assured me that I would get top dollar. I made an appointment to see them after work. They offered me trading in my 2023 Mazda CX5 Sport Model. They assured me that I would get top dollar. I made an appointment to see them after work. They offered me a brand new 2025 CX5 sport the exact same as what I had with my 2023. The first agreement looked good and I agreed & put down a deposit. This happened on a Friday. I looked it over on the weekend and found that they were not giving me a very good deal. I contacted them and told them that I was backing out on the agreement even if that meant losing my $200 deposit. Then all of a sudden they came up with a new agreement that was overall $ 4K better. I agreed and ended up with the new 2025. Part of the deal was to include an appearance package that had a rust protection module included. I briefly did look for the module and did not see one. Then after a couple of weeks, they contacted me and stated that the manufacturer of the rust protection module had a recall and I was to bring in my CX5 for a new module to be installed. Before I took it in I took pictures of the engine under the hood. No module was visible. After I took it in and got home, I looked under the hood and low & behold there was a rust module clearly visible. I took pictures. My question is, why did they not just state that the module I paid for was not installed and that they would make sure that was corrected? Instead they lied? Appears so. The other issue was that the balance owing on my 2023 CX5 was not paid off within a reasonable time. Leaven's insisted that a cheque was sent. After numerous phone calls to Leaven's and my bank, it was still not paid off after 4 weeks. I started an investigation with my bank, but needed information about the cheque and date sent etc. I contacted Leavens numerous times and only heard crickets. They were not very helpful. In the 5th week I was very agitated and went in to Leavens to push again for the information. After I mentioned "Lawyer" They ponied up with the information I needed. I gave my bank the details and within 2 days it was corrected. My credit rating dropped due to this and hopefully will come back up now. In short, beware of Leavens! Forest City Mazda will now be getting my business. More
Upon visiting we were told they could only sell us a Mazda CX 50 if we had a 2021 trade un or newer . I have no trade in as my daughters inheriting my Rav 4 . They offered no invite inside, no incentive Mazda CX 50 if we had a 2021 trade un or newer . I have no trade in as my daughters inheriting my Rav 4 . They offered no invite inside, no incentives and frankly were more interested in watching an airshow in London than in making a sale-I would not recommend. More

After spending 1700 dollars on new tires I was advised that it would cost me 44 dollars to replace the courtesy lightbulb. I already had the bulb so the 44 dollars was to do something which would take an that it would cost me 44 dollars to replace the courtesy lightbulb. My next service visit will not be with leaven’s Mazda for sure. More
They forgot to mention the Mazda app cost you money after 2 years or you lose remote start among other things ,we only found out when seeing an article in the news after the purchase!.It took several e after 2 years or you lose remote start among other things ,we only found out when seeing an article in the news after the purchase!.It took several emails to even get an answer from the dealer.. . We were also were told by the salesman at time of purchase that the 500 dollar tire warranty was mandatory. They also pre-etch the windows for 400 more! There is also a 695 admin fee they blame head office for.! .Not a way to gain repeat business or referrals as they just seem to only worry about this months sales targets. The salesman had to use google for tech answers to some of our questions such as oil life reset.. I thought the leavens group of dealers were better but it appears not to be the case. More
I did my first service fron leaves mazda and it was a great service by the whole team. I am so happy about the service and they did all the things exactly the professional way. Again I need to mention Alex for all the services and responsibilities that he did for the my car and today Jackson also did a very good help for me to do the service in a very good way. If I could leave a zero out of five I would. Some people there are nice but techs can’t fix anything and multiple issues with the vehicle itself and Mazda ignores your emails.. Would not recommend dealership or Mazda in general. Like multiple reviews say everything is fine until they have your money and then the carnival moves to the next town. This company will be out of business likely within a decade or two. More
