I walked in and was promptly greeted and asked what he could do and was able to answer all questions or concerns we had without feeling any pressure to buy right then and there. Mallory in the financing dept was also superb she gave us all options for additional add ons and was able to tell us how they would change costs. Kim the manager in maintenance was super friendly and helpful, cant wait to see her for my first service visit in september. Thank you London City Mazda for making this such a wonderful experience!
