We had done our research on plenty of different cars, went to many different dealerships but kept going back to Mazda. With Mazda at being at the top of our search list we started there. When walking in you are greeted right away and they ask what they can help you with, after letting them know why we were there Billy Hall was called to come assist us. Billy was very friendly, approachable, and helpful the whole time that we were there. He treated us as though we were just talking to a friend and not a sales rep. this made us more comfortable in the whole buying a new car experience, that we hadn't receive at other dealerships. Even after our first visit we still had questions later on that we email about that Billy replied to right away and went back to see him for another test drive when we had decided that the Mazda 3 GX was the right fit for us. Once we had sat down to do all of the paper work Billy had no problem taking his time explaining and answering any questions that we had. He made everything very understandable, in a stress free no pressure environment. We were then introduced to Mallory who does all their financing. She then sat us down and explained all of the details that go into financing a new car. Again just like Billy she explained everything so that we could understand it in a stress free no pressure way that made us feel comfortable about finally going through with such a large purchase together. We would recommend Mazda especially Billy to anyone who is looking for a great car and a great dealership. More

Billy welcomed us, knew his stuff and was very personable. I was initially very stressed with purchasing a new car but Billy was reassuring and helped make this big decision very easy. From the time we walked in to when we drove away with our new 2015 Mazda 3, we were welcomed and treated like royalty. Mallory in finance was very friendly and knowledgeable as well and responded very quickly to additional questions via email I had after our initial visit. I had sold my vehicle and Jasmine arranged a loaner car until my new car was ready which I thought quite thoughtful. I came back a week later to pick up some touch up paint, and had an issue I wanted looked at. They took it in right away for which I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. Peter, Mallory, Kim and Dave conveyed the same level of friendly, helpful attitude. Billy went over and above to make sure the car was perfectly clean and sound before it left the lot. I have bought many cars, and more recently been looking for months for a new one, and never got the level of care and attention that this dealership gave. My mom and I went to take a look out a London City Mazda, and Billy Hall was the first to come out and take care of us. When we first got there, there was no Mazda 3 GSs but him and Jeff, somehow found one in London, that moment I was just so excited, Billy has this tone of voice that makes you just want to jump into your brand new car and cry of happiness. haha, He went about and BEYOND to make sure that I was happy with thee car i wanted, and he made sure that the payments were going to be affordable. At my house we have 4 Mazdas, two of which are the 2014's and I cant explain to you enough how happy Billy made me with this purchase. I definitely recommend going to London City Mazda, and talk to Billy. He will guarantee a low, affordable price. And for working with my financing, I really like Mallory, she was thoroughly explaining everything and making sure that my payments werent going too high over my budget.
