In fact, the Police had just closed Highway 2 heading north as we drove into London City Mazda. Despite this, Dan Strocki went out into the weather to bring us a few cars to test drive. He brought the inside, thawed them out, cleaned them off, while we sat and sipped coffee. He was enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing, and despite the bad weather, didn't mind going out and cleaning off cars for us to try. We told Dan what we were looking for and what our budget was and he made several suggestions. He also took us right to the coffee machine for hot coffee to warm us up! We were very impressed and this made a difference when we were deciding which car to buy. When we made the purchase he turned us over to Mallory. Everyone and everything was done professionally, but we felt like we had made friends. We can happily recommend this dealership! More

I never thought car shopping would be this easy I drove all the way from Toronto to London to check out a used car and I'm really glad I did. My salesguy Nick was, not only a car enthusiast, but also a very patient and helpful staff, trying to answer every little question I had. I also had chance to lift the car in their shop to inspect everything underneath and that told me how confident they were behind the cars they sell. After a good test drive I bought the car. Everything from the test drive to all the paperwork went just so smoothly. I was only buying a $10k used car but they sure made me feel as important as any other customer. This is the kind of service we don't find in Toronto and London City Mazda is such a good role model of what every car dealership should do their operations. More

Jamie was really helpful along the way because it took me a good amount of time to finally settle and close on the car. They were very understanding if certain things that i had worries about and they were able to work with me and get a great deal in accordance to my budget. I would completely come back here if i had to for another car. Mallory was helpful with getting everything ready for financing so that all i had to do was give the ok without actually having to be there. Unfortunately Jamie was busy with customers when i went to pickup the vehicle but Nick was really helpful at getting all the final paperwork signed and showing me the bells and whistles of the car and how everything works. Best Decision I've Made! This was the first time that I felt completely comfortable and relaxed while looking for a car! I've had a couple bad experiences in the past, so I w This was the first time that I felt completely comfortable and relaxed while looking for a car! I've had a couple bad experiences in the past, so I was very cautious and guarded when I came in; I even brought my Dad with me for both moral support and his expertise. However, Daniel was great! He was very patient; he took the time to really listen to what I wanted rather than attempting to tell me what I wanted (as others have done). He was very easy to talk to and his genuine, kind demeanor put me at ease. On the test drive, he outlined all the features of the CX-5, answered my questions about the differences between the tiers, and actually asked what I thought of the vehicle in comparison to other makes that I had previously test driven. The entire time, he was both professional and personable, which was a welcome change. It didn't take long for me to make the decision to buy! When I came back with my old car, some input from Billy and Peter actually made the trade-in process surprisingly pleasant (I'd been stressed out about that before coming in). Mallory's financial know-how made the paperwork very simple. Everyone was focused on making this the best possible experience for me. I couldn't be happier! More
