He spend lots of time ensuring our knowledge of the vehicle we bought and follow-up on our satisfaction or questions we may have. I feel buying a car is really just the beginning not the end, and Billy has made himself available anytime afterwards. That is great customer service. We had checked out other dealerships searching for our " new to us" SUV and found a couple of surprises First, London City Mazda offered the bet deal and secondly they offered the best customer service. Billy went over and above to ensure we were more than happy; he stayed late for us, researched and familiarized himself with a different import vehicle to ensure he could show us how to fully utilize all the options in this vehicle and called to ensure we were happy a few days after delivery. He is personable and kind, honest and forthcoming and acts with integrity, all with a no pressure manner. Mallory went out of her way to ensure that all our financing questions were answered and sought out the expertise of colleagues on the one occasion she didn't have an answer. She provided a personal touch to our purchase and made us feel like valued customers. I believe we will be lifetime customers thanks to the top notch attention we recieved. Exceptional Sales Experience After a traumatic experience of having our car stolen, we needed to purchase a car without the usual lead time that we like. Many people recommended After a traumatic experience of having our car stolen, we needed to purchase a car without the usual lead time that we like. Many people recommended a Mazda. We were referred to London City Mazda, and in particular, Billy Hall. Our experience with Billy was exceptional. Billy took the time to determine our budget, our needs, and our comfort level with new vs used. Then he had us test drive five (5) vehicles all within our price range, in order to determine our preferences. Billy listened to us and honed in on the vehicle that would fit our needs the best, but there was never any pressure during the entire experience. Billy spent over a week with us providing the many facts and figures that we requested. He was generous with his time. He made us feel valued. In the end, we leased a new 2015 Mazda3 GS with the Comfort package, and we couldn't be happier. We intend on using London City Mazda's service department as well, with Dan Head.
