After finding the one I wanted I proceeded to deal with Craig and Mallory to get approved. Unfortunately I wasn't approved for the vehicle I wanted but Mallory used her magic and got my approved for a brand new 2015 Mazda 3 and I couldn't be happier. Every time I stopped by to check out the progress or see what options were available Craig was happy to pass on information and ensure that things were in good hands. Sharing with him was so easy, so open, so honest....he is a very patient, kind, loving, gentle man! I felt he wasn't just selling a vehicle, he was looking out for our best interest. After a few test drives I came home and got my husband. Earlier that day we had written a list of all the dealerships in London we wanted to visit.
