Don't trust their service centre!! Took my Odyssey in and reported a transmission problem. Was told I didn't know what I was talking about and sent on my way. Transmission died complete Took my Odyssey in and reported a transmission problem. Was told I didn't know what I was talking about and sent on my way. Transmission died completely when I was 2.5 hours from home. Needed an entirely new transmission and was stranded. Paid out of pocket to tow it to the nearest Honda dealership. Single mom without my car for 3 weeks and Kanata Honda assumed zero responsibility. They even refused to help me get my car back to Ottawa despite admitting that they had on record that I had brought the van in and reported that there was a problem with it. Everyone makes mistakes. But it's how you make things right after making those mistakes that matters. Kanata Honda did nothing to right their wrong. More
