Excellent customer service We purchased 10-year warranty for rust proof service when we bought our CRV in 2013. After moving to a new house in 2016, we found out that the origi We purchased 10-year warranty for rust proof service when we bought our CRV in 2013. After moving to a new house in 2016, we found out that the original rust proof service was not transferrable and we must travel all the way back to the original dealer in order to get the rust proof inspection and touch up service. The business manager, Jimmy Tran, in Kanata Honda offered to look at our contract and found out a good solution for us. We have been very satisfied with the service in Kanata Honda and will happily recommend it to others. More
