Bad experience I left my car at Kanata Honda for whole day from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm today, because my air conditioner has a lot of noise since 4 months ago. And I tho I left my car at Kanata Honda for whole day from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm today, because my air conditioner has a lot of noise since 4 months ago. And I thought it would be under warranty because i bought it less than a year. Guess what happened? I got so angry. When I arrived at 5 pm, they told me that they didn't find the problem and asked me to pay the inspection which is $108. It is OBVIOUSLY that the air conditioner runs too loudly on passenger side! If they fixed it, I would not be that angry for paying it even the car is less than a year. BUT they did NOT fix anything! It is the same noise as before. They asked me to come back for another service in two week because they did not find any damage on air conditioner filter today. They told me that I have to pay for a new filter if they find damage on my filter the next service, because it is not under the warranty, EVEN that they did NOT find any damage on filter today. It seems to me that they just want to make this issue caused by the filter. COME ON! Even if you guys find damage on filter next time and ask me to pay for a new filter, it is not caused by that, because the air conditioner is aloud today without damage on filter! OMG I'm so angry with them. Let's see what will happen on the next service on May 25th. PS: the shuttle is nice. More

He is knowledgeable, never in a hurry and not pushy. He is by far the best salesperson we have had the pleasure of dealing with. We strongly recommend Kanata Honda and Michael. Terrible service Brought our Honda to the dealer for oil change as always. Appointment was missed and car was not ready until 6:00pm for a 10:00am oil change appointme Brought our Honda to the dealer for oil change as always. Appointment was missed and car was not ready until 6:00pm for a 10:00am oil change appointment. We were never kept updated on this. Secondly they had always given us a complete oil change with new oil and filter. They are now just changing the oil and leaving the old filter on and charging the same price. They failed to notify us that they had changed the prices and the ways and they do things. I would never pay 66 dollars for an oil change without a filter, or ever change oil without a new filter. After we got the car back the oil was still very dark brown from being ran through the old filter with old oil still in it. Tried to contact manager, no reply back. It wasn't until I gave a poor rating on Facebook that they finally contacted me and they still to this day will not offer to just simply give me the oil change with filter I wanted and payed for. Also watch for the oil change prices at Kanata Honda as they are higher than all other Honda dealers in Ottawa. Very unsatisfied with the service and care of customers. More
