Yesteyday they took additional photos of the car damage and requested waiting without specifying time schedule for the repair. Apperently proposed car body work and new painting does not change car selling value, hard to believe it. More

None of those dreaded sales techniques that dealers usually use on you. Peter gave a very attractive price and a fair trade in value. Also met with Jimmy the Finance Manager, quick and easy, he didn't try to sell you things you don't need. Michael helped on the pick up day, explained everything comprehensively and ensured I was happy with everything before leaving. I've purchased a few cars in the past couple of years and I have to say that this entire experience has been phenomenal. I usually dread buying a new car as dealers always try to get you in and then you spend hours negotiating. I will be going to Kanata Honda anytime I'm in the market for a Honda. Excellent experience at service department I went to Kanata Honda today to get the service for my 2015 Odyssey recalls, and I was extremely happy about the excellent service Matthew Benson and I went to Kanata Honda today to get the service for my 2015 Odyssey recalls, and I was extremely happy about the excellent service Matthew Benson and their technician provided. I told Matthew that our sliding door was hit previously and had problem to open and close, also there was a little scratches in the front, inquire on how much and if it’s worth to fix those little things. So, he checked and told me that they have some compound to remove those fine lines, later their technician even fixed our sliding door without charging me a cent. All is done within 30 minutes. Thanks Kanata Honda for providing such an excellent service! Min More
Poor experience at service dept. Booked a week ago for a simple fluid and spark plug change on a Honda ATV. Arrived on time, ignored in service bay. Three chairs in waiting are were f Booked a week ago for a simple fluid and spark plug change on a Honda ATV. Arrived on time, ignored in service bay. Three chairs in waiting are were full, most personell at their desks were on the phone. Waited 15 minutes then was told by someone in the service bay to move my truck. Atv was still in the back. There were no ramps to unload. I had specifically asked that these would be necessary. I was told to leave service area drive around building to East side where there was a lift that could be used to unload. Drove around building, the guy who was to meet me wasn't there, did another loop just in case I missed him. All doors were still closed. Place is just too busy to give any sense of personalized service. I left, I won't be back. More

I met with Spencer and he was very patient and accomodating in answering all of my questions and ensuring I had a great experience test driving some vehicles. I like that I wasn't overwhelmed with a hard sell, Spencer let me take my time and think about all of my options. On the day I came to pick up my new car, Spencer took the time to explain all of the vehicle's features and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. All in all I had an excellent experience at Kanata Honda, thanks to Spencer. More
