Completely disrespectful towards his customers and refused to do the required work on my truck that is covered still by our warranty ! More

STAY AWAY! Terrible service and terrible vehicles I traded in a F150 after 2 years which I purchased from Kanata Ford. I assumed being a loyal customer would count, but apparently not. I purchased a I traded in a F150 after 2 years which I purchased from Kanata Ford. I assumed being a loyal customer would count, but apparently not. I purchased a new 2012 Focus and within the first year I started to notice rust spots on the roof. When I brought it in I was told it was rock chips and is not covered. I wondered why a new car would chip so easily and start to rust so quickly. As the next year went on the rust spots kept appearing and paint was bubbling in spots. I was told again it is not covered but they recommended I buy sandpaper and fix it myself! Useless....now in its 3rd year the paint on the hood is lifting off in sheets and when I open the hood is it completely rusting out. Doesn't even look like there is primer under the paint. Again....not covered and Kanata Ford acts like this is normal...I have owned many cars and for more than 3 years and have never seen rust like this or paint that chips when you look at it sideways! Ford does not stand behind their terrible products and Kanata Ford is looking to gauge you every opportunity they get. I am done fighting a lost cause and have just traded in the Ford for a different brand and different dealer....I would run and not walk from this dealership...unless you enjoy their $110 oil changes! Ford has lost a customer for life and Kanata Ford should be avoided. More

Do yourself a favor and avoid Kanata Ford Service at all costs, you will save yourself a lot of grief. More

Consistently the Worse and overpriced service department It is too bad there are dealership service departments such as Kanata Ford. They are always trying to sell you more. On several occasions they have billed me incorrectly. Once I can forgive but after more than once one gets suspicious. Check your service bill carefully before paying. They charge an outrageous amount for a simple oil change and/or tire rotation. Not at all competitive with their counterparts. I now drive further to another dealership for service. Well worth it. I save lots by doing so and I feel I can trust them. Kanata Ford I never get the feeling I can trust them. One has to wonder why business operate this way. What they charge for service is an insult to the customers intelligence. More
Only people I deal with I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, the first two for me and my wife and most recently one for my business. Have not had any issues whatso I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, the first two for me and my wife and most recently one for my business. Have not had any issues whatsoever. Sales person for my first car moved away, have used Ruslan Usher for the last two. No pressure on the sale and I was able to negotiate a decent deal - much unlike my Chrysler experience down the road. Service is promptly scheduled, free loaner is provided, no demands for topping up gas or similar, and they wash my car before giving it back. Service has always been done right the first time. I'm well stocked for vehicles now, but when it's time to replace one I will be heading directly to Kanata Ford. More
Satisfied completely I have now bought 3 fords from Kanata Ford. I have bought fords from other dealers also. Overall at Kanata Ford very happy to have prompt service and I have now bought 3 fords from Kanata Ford. I have bought fords from other dealers also. Overall at Kanata Ford very happy to have prompt service and managers and even owner available to me the customer upon request to answer or assist me with whatever I need. They have looks after several referals to the same degree of satisfaction and only thought it right I send this in. Good experiences whether sales or service. More
Info request over Internet I sent an online request to this dealership for a trade-in apprisal as I was thinking of buying a Ford Explorer XLT. I received an auto reply that so I sent an online request to this dealership for a trade-in apprisal as I was thinking of buying a Ford Explorer XLT. I received an auto reply that someone would reply to my email "promply" within 4 hours. Four days later I still had no reply from them. So I emailed Ford Canada to complain. Although they were very appologetic for the way I was treated, they told me that all dealerships are independently owned and they could do nothing other than send my complaint to customer relations at the dealership. Which they say they did. I'm sure Ford could have done more as this dealership is a bad reflection on Ford ! I heard nothing from customer relations at the dealership not surprisingly. However, to my surprise I actually received an email a MONTH after this all started wanting me to come in for an in-depth appraisal of my trade-in towards a purchase of a Ford Edge! What gaul! They couldn't even get the vehicle I was interested in correct. This email came from the same individual ( Gerry Fahey) that did not respond to my earlier emails. Avoid this dealership at all cost. Obviously, ownership is not interested in customer satisfaction and are not hearing customer dis-satisfaction about their staff. I think ownership needs a wake up call! If they are this bad before I purchase what would they be like after I purchased from them!!!! More
