They accidentally shredded the ownership of my truck ...and then told me I was on my own to get it replaced. If there was a rating lower than zero I would give it to them. They will say anything to get you inside the store and once there they Try pressure tactics for you to stay in dealership and sign. Worst dealer experience ever. Go anywhere but Kanata Ford if you want a deal on new Truck and best value for your hard earned cash. There is a reason why they have such poor rating. In fact I am writing a formal complaint to Ford Canada so that they are aware of the discredit this dealer brings to their excellence. More

When you sit at sales desk as the salesperson "goes to get something" you are being watched and listened to. Video camera beside all seats and microphone on table. Do yourself the favour and take the 5-10 minute drive and go elsewhere. More

My low tire pressure warning came on this morning while driving to work so I called this morning to see about stopping in for a top up. I was told 'no we can't do it today we are swamped'. This takes what..maybe 2 minutes? In the meantime I am driving on the highway for 45 min wondering if my tire is going to go flat! I didn't ask for Nitrogen filled tires and had I known, I would have said no. I am capable of putting air into them myself. Not impressed!! More
The wheels are coming off at KANATA FORD… Literally !!! Purchased a new 2016 Ford F150 from KANATA FORD… After driving it for 30 KM the Wheel, Steering knuckle, Caliper and Rotor all "FELL OFF THE TRUCK WHI Purchased a new 2016 Ford F150 from KANATA FORD… After driving it for 30 KM the Wheel, Steering knuckle, Caliper and Rotor all "FELL OFF THE TRUCK WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT" Thank goodness this didn't happen on the queensway at 100Km/hr with my two kids and wife in the truck. We could have been KILLED or killed someone else... No one at the dealership seemed concerned and completely dismissed the fact they put my families lives in danger with their technicians pure negligence.. They promised all new parts in the front end and that the truck would be good as new.. They "bandaid fixed" my brand new truck telling me it was ready for pick-up. They only replaced 3 parts. brake components were loose, vacuums lines where damaged, They didn't change the hyper extended driveshaft. When I confronted them about it, They were very annoyed and only wanted to get rid of me. I gave them ample opportunities to make the situation right and they continued to lie and avoid me. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy…. VERY disappointed !! More

Later in the day, kanata Ford service rep notifies my wife that a complete brake maintenance on back and front pads/rotor is needed. They said the mechanic saw only the back brake pads beginning to seize. I asked for clarification, since I've never heard of brake pad seizing on a brand new vehicle and he said this is only recommended maintenance($300). I checked with other Ford dealerships and they DON'T have this recommended brake maintenance at 24k. Two issues, I see wrong here: One is a dealership doing unnecessary service at the expense of the customer. Secondly, if this recommended maintenance, they should have mentioned to my wife when she dropped off the vehicle. Long story short, I no longer go to Kanata Ford for service. More
