Service - above and beyond! I recently leased a VW Tiguan from Pattison. When I got the car my hitch was back-ordered. When the part came in Pattison picked up my car, installed I recently leased a VW Tiguan from Pattison. When I got the car my hitch was back-ordered. When the part came in Pattison picked up my car, installed the hitch, cleaned and vacuumed it and had it back to me just after lunch. This could have been a long process that ate up most of my day instead Pattison made it about as easy as one could imagine. The service was absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommend using them. More

Really pleasant floor staff I am currently looking to trade my truck in and was interested in a Jetta. A couple of days ago on my way home I decided to stop by this store on a whim. Coming into the store I was almost immediately greeted by the representative. He was polite and professional, I inquired about the Jetta and asked about the models available. He showed me the Jetta they had on the lot and also went through and explained several of the different trim models. I had some questions about the diesel model and he answered my queries and seemed knowledgable. I was looking for a standard model and he told me while he didn't have the tdi model in standard in store that day they did have the basic model and asked me if I would like to check it out. We went for a test drive nearby and I was pleased with the response of the car and the interior was comfortable. The representative was enthusiastic and told me that he had just purchased one himself. I can definitely see why! We didn't close that day seeing that I would need to discuss with my wife but I must say I was impressed with the service and the sales rep was not pushy. We exchanged information and i told him I would come back with my wife. It was a good non threatening experience overall which was a pleasant surprise. More

Kong was very good with his product knowledge and answered all of my questions. He explained to me all the different features that came with the vehicle and which one was more suitable for me. I decided to go with the 2014 Jetta just because it was better financially. I would highly recommend this dealership just because him and his Management team are super friendly. Not impressed Prior to visiting VW Surrey, we went to several car dealerships in the Richmond and Langley Auto Mall areas and experienced excellent customer service Prior to visiting VW Surrey, we went to several car dealerships in the Richmond and Langley Auto Mall areas and experienced excellent customer service. Initially when we arrived at VW Surrey, I found that the staff were not willing to serve us. However, we did arrive at closing and staff were preparing to close. Once we stated our interest in purchasing a VW Golf, we were invited inside and were able to make a deal with the salesman. The salesman was friendly and worked to get us the deal we wanted. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle a couple of days later, the manager seemed angry and basically rolled her eyes at us. Eventually, her attitude changed but her initial response to us did not make me feel welcome. The process of filling out the final paper work was tedious and unorganized as the manager would print a bill of sale and discuss other options (i.e. additional insurance options) and would have to print another bill of sale as changes were made. We did not like how she went about completing the sale. Lastly, I found that our salesman was lacking basic vehicle knowledge and was not able to fully answer my questions. For example, he did not know how to turn on the cruise control. I would suggest for the salesman to expand his knowledge on the vehicles to fully explain features to customers. Although I am very happy with my 2015 VW Golf, I would consider going to other dealerships before this one. More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I want to reference a particular experience I had a while back with a gentleman at this particular dealership that just renewed my faith in salespeopl I want to reference a particular experience I had a while back with a gentleman at this particular dealership that just renewed my faith in salespeople at automotive dealerships, big or small. I had heard a lot of good things about the quality of Volkswagen automobiles and though the price point and the cost to repair was always a deterrent for me to 'make the switch' I was feeling ready to be -swayed- and make the investment to switch over from my traditional make of choice: Chevy. I was peeking into car windows reading info and deciding on what vehicle I may be interested in even inquiring about and possibly test-driving when a fellow named Reg came over. He introduced himself as the Assistant Service Mgr and was extremely polite. It was overcast and there was a drizzle of rain coming down, before he even asked me if I liked anything or was interested in anything particular he offered to bring me an umbrella so I stayed dry. We were off on the right foot immediately. I didn't really have a model in mind, but I did have an arbitrary price point in mind in what I might be willing/able to spend. Reg took the time to ask me questions, probe as to what I would want in a vehicle and made me feel at ease when we discussed how much I was able to afford. He related to me and said he understood that this was a big financial commitment so you want to be sure. He asked me in and spent 20-30 mins with me going over the quality of Volkswagen vehicles, the cost of servicing them, warranties etc. He asked if I would like to go for a test drive and I stated I would, but would like to come back with my wife to get her opinion as well. If I was on the fence about purchasing a Volkswagen before, I certainly was not after speaking to this disarming service manager. He was both informative and cordial and I did not feel once pressured into buying or buying now. His tact, good nature and overall knowledge was what really brought any of my defenses down and helped with any preconceived reservations I may have had. An overall extremely refreshing experience, all brought on by someone who just cares about people and has value for good ol' fashioned customer service. More

Their manager Melissa Milnes was very understanding, given the circumstances of a financial issue I had. She did not hesitate to take care of me as a customer, so I know that if I were to come back here again, I would be in excellent hands and dealing with good people. Unlike other VW dealerships in GVA, this one listened to my needs and got back to me very promptly via email/phone. No time wasted with irrelevant negotiation tactics. The only face-to-face meeting we had was when I signed the final docs and picked up the vehicle. This dealership provides a ‘21st century’ customer experience.
