Stan was amazing. He picked my family and I up all the way from lougheed station, and during our entire transaction, he never showed impatience nor dishonesty. Since the car would be under my dad's name, and my father had to go to a nearby ICBC licensing office to renew his license, we were facing a brick wall for a moment. That was until Brian, the sales manager, came along and had arranged a rental car for us to drive in with corporate rates just in case we were unable to get to the licensing office in time. Stan came once again, picked us up, drove us to the nearby office, and waited for us until my dad was able to do his thing. Just simply amazing level of customer service here, or I may just be new to this car dealership. Cameron did forget to let us know to sign something, and we are now forced to go back to the dealership to sign it. Other than that, everything was well done with smiles all around; especially on Brian's. Would purchase again next time. Cheers. More

I had my Jetta in for service, and I occupied my time with browsing the floor models. A new Golf Wagon caught my eye, especially the extra carrying carrying capacity. When we looked at the numbers for the trade and the discount on the wagon, it was clear that a decent deal was do-able. I never felt pressured by Anna or Kyle the office manager, and knew that I was free to walk away at any time. He was a great sales individual who made sure he explained everything about the cars i was interested in even though they were about to close. He wasn't pushy, and made sure that i picked a car that fitted my life style - while taking price into careful consideration. When i finally decided to go with the Tiguan, i needed them to deliver the car in 2 days because i was leaving on a business trip. Not only did Brian and Kyle (business managers) do a good job in delivering the new car on time, Johnnie also came in on his off day to show me how to use the car. The general manager, and other sales and support staff also came in to talk to me about my choice and give me good advice. This experience was by far the best experience i've had when making a significant life decision. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family anytime. Oh ... the car is also AMAZING More
